Road precautions are in place

The Civil Protection department, police, firefighters, COEX, Mobility and the Ministry of Education have held a Meeting to assess the gravity of the snowstorm, coordinate all bodies to ensure maximum normality and improve the circulation of the road network. Those responsible for the different services recommend maximum caution when travelling both in vehicles and on foot to prevent accidents whilst there is ice on the road and sidewalks.

Because of the snow that has been falling since this morning, special equipment is required to travel around the country. Some roads have had to be closed at times, but currently, traffic is circulating without problems. The accesses to France and Spain are open but special equipment is needed to travel in both territories.

The police are conducting equipment controls at various points in the country to avoid incidents, and remind drivers that any vehicle that is not equipped will be sanctioned, and if deemed necessary, the vehicle will be immobilized. Apart from the urban patrols, 11 control points have been allocated to ensure the correct circulation of vehicles. The communal traffic agents work in coordination with the police to guarantee the country’s mobility.

Regarding schools, efforts have been made by all the services in order to maintain normality to the maximum. School transport has not suffered any more problems than normal given a day of this complexity.

Prop de 300 alumnes de l’Escola Andorrana participaran a la cantada interescolar

Al voltant de 300 alumnes de l’Escola Andorrana participaran a la cantada interescolar que se celebrarà el proper dimarts 19 de febrer a les 10 hores. L’acte tindrà lloc a l’Auditori Claror del Centre Cultural i de Congressos Lauredià i servirà per inaugurar l’exposició organitzada pels mateixos alumnes sobre les set parròquies d’Andorra.

En el projecte participaran tots els alumnes del primer curs de segon cicle de primera ensenyança de l’Escola Andorrana. Així, en formaran part els vuit centres que acullen aquest curs, que engloben prop de 300 alumnes.

La cantada interescolar és ja una tradició de l’Escola Andorrana, i fins ara s’organitzava cada dos anys, però amb la implementació del PERMSEA a 2n cicle, a partir d’aquest any es farà anualment.

Amb el canvi metodològic, basat en un enfocament per competències, la cantada s’emmarca dins d’un context més ampli d’una situació global on es retroben diferents àrees d’aprenentatge. En aquesta unitat temporal, la situació global s’anomena “Expo 7” i hi intervenen les àrees de matemàtiques, ciències socials, llengua catalana, visual i plàstica i música.

The city of Vic

Vic is the capital of the Osona region, in northeastern Catalonia. Its geographical location, 70 kilometers from Barcelona and 65 from Girona, has made it one of the capitals of the interior Catalonia. It has a population is of 48,287 inhabitants (2018).

The name of this town was written for centuries with the Vich form, according to traditional spelling. Since the beginning of the 80’s, the official form is “Vic”, in application of the Orthographic Norms of the Institute of Catalan Studies. The spelling with final “h” remains in the surname Vich, and also it is the one that has the homonymous town of Arpitania.

It is a city worth visiting, because it has one of the most suggestive medieval ensembles in Catalonia, which was voted one of the seven wonders of Catalonia in 2007. The center of the old town is Plaça del Mercadal or Plaça Major, where several modernist buildings, arcades and towers stand out. The Episcopal Museum of Vic has one of the best collections of Medieval Catalan Art and is declared a museum of national interest by the Generalitat of Catalonia.

It’s argued which was the first cathedral church in Vic, St. Peter the Apostle or Santa Maria la Rodona. For centuries, the bishops celebrated the first Christmas Mass at Santa Maria, and the third, in Sant Pere. The very old church of Santa Maria, was reconstructed from the foundations by the canon Guillem Bonfil in 1140, and was consecrated after forty years by the bishop Pere de Redorta. He was assigned there in 1787 to make room for the new cathedral.

The best profession does not necessarily fulfill only one of these factors. Professions can be several – depending on how much our interests, preferences, and motivations change over the years. Working only for the sake of money does not bring pleasure. According to statistics, people are more often ill and unhappy in their personal lives due to the fact that they are not satisfied in a professional sense, do not have a particular interest in what they are doing or, when doing the work mechanically, do not feel they are needed. Life becomes a routine with all the ensuing consequences.

Doing business just because we like it is much more useful for health (above all, it concerns creative people or those who are inclined to self-sacrifice). But the lack of proper money rewards can also become a stimulus for depression.

The conclusion is obvious – one must seek and achieve in life a balance of interests: material and spiritual.

In the modern world, there are more than 40 thousand different kinds of jobs. However, the world of professions is far from static. New ones are constantly being born, and old professions are dying. Of course, in real life, no one can try everything. But a man is curious by nature. And, probably, each of us at least once in a life asked himself the question: “What if I became …?” Or “And how is it to be a…?”.

Incredible, but true: contact with all major job activities can be done with the help of one single profession – journalism. Journalists write about everything and about all who or what is of interest to society – that is, readers.

The journalist can be a correspondent, reporter, leading columnist, editor of the department, editor-in-chief, sound engineer, observer, commentator, etc. The circle of journalists’ communication is immeasurable: today they talk with a doctor, tomorrow with an astronaut, and the day after tomorrow with a movie star. And getting ready for a meeting and asking questions they get into the crux of the issues, which is trying to look at the world through the eyes of their interlocutors as if they were in their shoes. Journalism is a universal key that fits any door. A persistent, and therefore professional journalist will always get a response from the person they need and be able to skillfully use it in their material.

The city of Els Prats de Rei

The municipality of Prats de Rei, 32.76 km: of extension, with altitudes that oscillate between 600 and 700 m above sea level, is located on the Segarrencs plateaus of the Anoia region, in one end of the Central Depression and in the center of a small valley formed by the young river Anoia, beginning its descent into the basin of the Conca d’Òdena.

The municipal territory is of capricious and irregular forms, it is bordered by municipalities of Calaf, Sant Martí de Sesgueioles, Pujalt, Veciana, Sant Pere Sallavinera, Aguilar de Segarra and Rubió. The strange form of the district boundaries is due to the annexations of ancient quarters, districts and jurisdictions, and to privileges granted in very past times.

The municipality is formed by the Prats de Rei town, located in the center of the municipality, and by the urban centers and villages of La Manresa, Solanelles, Puigdemàger, Seguers and Quadra del Galí.

The economy nowadays is very diversified. It has gone from a quasi-total predominance of agriculture to a quite significant distribution in other industrial, commercial, service sectors, etc. In the village there are small industries of clothing, carpentry, sawmill, metallurgy, flour milling.

In commerce there has been a significant decline in recent years. Stores have been closed until they reach the current situation: three grocery stores – two of which are also bakeries – and a large area dedicated to the sale of clothes. There are also farms of pigs and rabbits.

About 60% of the land is devoted to the cultivation of dry land grains, mainly wheat and barley, although it is currently being experimented with other seeds such as rapeseed. Years ago, before the phylloxera destroyed the vineyards, wine production was quite important. Almost all farmers had planted vines. The local people still refer to their parcels of land commonly as “the vineyard” and many houses still hold a cellar and a winery. Recently, some young entrepreneurs have pushed the return of the vineyard to the area.

Manresa is a municipality and a city of Catalonia, capital of the county of Bages and central Catalonia. It is located in the Pla de Bages, near the corner where the Llobregat and Cardener rivers converge. With a population of 76,250 inhabitants in 2018, it is the most populated city of Bages and Central Catalonia. It is 65 km north of Barcelona, and marks the boundary between the industrial area around Barcelona and the rural area of the north.

The city forms a very important communications hub, accentuated by the Llobregat axis and the transverse axis, between the mountains and the sea, between the interior plains of Urgell and La Segarra and the eastern regions of the country. Regarding the economy, Manresa stands out in the textile, chemical and machinery industry, although in the last decades it has replaced the industry by the commerce. The city also stands out because of its medieval complex, with bridges over the Cardener River and its Gothic cathedral. In addition, in this city there are also baroque-style churches, as well as interesting modernist buildings.

During the French war, the Manresa subject was defeated by the French troops at El Coll del Bruc (June 1808), although the French, already in retreat, burned and demolished much of the city. The gothic church that we can contemplate today was designed by Berenguer de Montagut, who also designed works as important as Santa Maria del Mar in Barcelona. The architectural conception is characteristic of the Catalan Gothic: austerity in the decoration and predominance of the horizontal volumes, with a large nave width. The works began in 1325, but until the end of the 15th century the temple was not finished. The main façade is Neogothic, designed by Alexandre Soler i March and advised by Antoni Gaudí.

Несмотря на то, что археологические изыскания указывают, что район, который сегодня известен как комарка Бажес (cat. Bages), был заселен уже в палеолите, сохранившиеся следы пребывания первых поселенцев на месте нынешней Манресы относятся к эпохе неолита; на территории леса Марсетес (cat. Marcetes), неподалеку от Виладордиса (cat. Viladordis), были найдены могильные захоронения, датируемые 3600 годами до н.э. Наличие места захоронения указывает на то, что неподалеку должно было находиться поселение и поля, засеянные злаками, как свидетельствует топоним «Виладордис» (cat. Vila d’ordis – «ячменный поселок»). Это были оседлые группы, которые начинали создавать керамическую утварь и заниматься сельским хозяйством.

От эпохи иберов остались свидетельства о поселении на холме Пучкарденер (cat. Puigcardener), где сегодня высится «Престол» – Базилика Св. Марии (cat. la Seu). В начале ХХ века, во времена строительства неоготического фасада церкви, были обнаружены остатки предметов из керамики. Этот холм отличается тремя довольно крутыми склонами, которые легко защищать и нелегко захватить, к тому же, рядом имеется вода. Единственные материальные следы своего пребывания, которые нам оставили иберы, – это обломки керамики. С одной стороны, были найдены фрагменты серой иберийской керамики, соответствующей III – I вв. до н.э. С другой, были обнаружены керамические предметы, завезенные из Греции и датируемые VI – IV вв. до н.э. Наличие этих последних свидетельствует о наличии торговых связей, осуществлявшихся, скорее всего, через другие поселения, особенно прибрежные. Территория нынешней Манресы была заселена племенем лацетанов (cat. lacetans), которые расселялись по сегодняшней Центральной Каталонии (cat. Catalunya Central).

Это иберийское поселение испытало на себе влияние римской культуры, хотя и неизвестно, до какой степени. Неизвестно, каким был этот поселок и какова была его социальная структура. Более того, во всех письменных источниках той эпохи ясно упоминаются римские топонимы нынешней Каталонии, но о нашем городе – сегодняшней Манресе – четкого упоминания нет. Похоже, тогдашняя Манреса была важным перекрестком дорог, ведущих с побережья в Кардону (cat. Cardona) (место добычи соли) и в сегодняшнюю комарку Сегарра (cat. Segarra), где в те времена было римское поселение Сигарра (cat. Sigarra) – на территории сегодняшнего муниципалитета Пратс де Рей (cat. Prats de Rei).

В районе Комталс (cat. els Comtals) было обнаружено двенадцать захоронений в форме каменных ящиков позднеримской эпохи. Сегодня мало известно о жизни обитателей Пучкарденера во времена нашествия вестготов в VI-VII вв. Время было неспокойным, поэтому возможно, что большая часть землепашцев, живших разрозненными хуторами, стянулась к границам города, предлагавшего лучшие возможности защиты.

Время шло, и мусульмане, или сарацины, вторгшиеся из Северной Африки, расселились по всему Пиренейскому полуострову. Известно, что в 785 году арабы оставили это место. Возможно, здесь жило так мало народа, что оставлять в городке гарнизон не имело смысла…

Позднее город был занят франками, граф Боррель де Серданья (cat. comte Borrell de Сerdanya) озаботился восстановлением иберийского городка на Пучкарденере и придал ему соответствующую окружающую территорию. Положение вещей оставалось неизменным практически до конца IX века, когда граф Вифред Волосатый (cat. comte Guifré el Pelós) взял под свою руку то, что сегодня мы называем Центральной Каталонией (cat. Catalunya Central), на холме появилась церковка и крепостица, где жил графский наместник в качестве главного управителя территории.

В документах с XI до XIV века этот населенный пункт уже называется «городом». За периметром стен начинают строиться дома, образуя бурги (cat. burg или barri), как, например, район Пуч (cat. Puig) – у подножия Пучкарденера, или район Тодесинд (cat. Todesind) – сегодняшний Эскодинес (cat. Les Escodines).

Земли вокруг были в запустении – это была приграничная территория, отвоеванная у мусульман, и заселение ее происходило в основном за счет выходцев из земель нынешних комарок Льюсанес (cat. Lluçanès) и Бергеда (cat. Berguedà). Демографический подъем повлек за собой экономический, благодаря постоянным торговым контактам между обеими общинами – мусульманской и христианской.

В 889 году франкский король Эд Парижский (cat. Odó) одарил селение различными привилегиями и пожаловал статус города. Именно в этом документе впервые появляется топоним «Манреса»

Замок Рибельес (cat. Castell de Ribelles)

Этот замок относится к городской черте Вилановы де л’Агуда (cat. Vilanova de l’Aguda) в комарке Ногера и заслуженно носит звание объекта культурного наследия всеиспанского значения. Он входил в линию обороны, протянувшейся вдоль правого берега реки Льобрегос (cat. Llobregуs). В наши дни он превратился в единое целое со зданием церкви и кладбищем, где сохранилась оригинальная часовня и пантеон здешних баронов. В начале ХХ века замок был практически полностью перестроен. Он возвышается на высоком холме, к которому притулились дома, образующие деревушку Рибельес в долине реки Льобрегос.

Замок Рибельес венчает холм, на котором расположилась одноименная деревня. Замок представляет собой целый комплекс зданий, охватывающий большое пространство, измеряемое как в квадратных метрах, так и в веках – от Х до ХХ. Самыми древними элементами являются квадратная башня и примыкающая к ней романская церковь Св. Марии что в Рибельсе (cat. Santa Maria de Ribelles).

Замок Прещенс: объект культурного наследия всеиспанского значения

Замок Прещенс (cat. Castell de Preixens)

Эта крепость расположена в городе Прещенс (комарка Ногера (cat. Noguera)) и является объектом культурного наследия всеиспанского значения.

Громада замка выделяется среди строений маленького городка Прещенс, расположенного в долине реки Сио (cat. Sió). Эта крепость, построенная мусульманами, была одной из твердынь, возведенных вдоль Сио для контроля за дорогой из Балагера в Аграмунт и Гиссону (cat. Guissona).

Судя по всему, замок был захвачен графом Уржельским Эрменголом IV (cat. Ermengol IV) после занятия города Аграмунта в 1070 году. Сохранилось завещание Бертрана де Прещенса (cat. Bertran de Preixens), датированное 1172 годом, по которому он оставлял приходской церкви Св. Перта (cat. Esglèsia de Sant Pere), что в Прещенсе, мельницу «в каструме Перешенса» (cat. castrum de Perexenz). В 1190 году несколько членов клана Англезола (cat. Anglesola) передали во владение Пере де Прещенсу (cat. Pere de Preixens) земельный участок, заявив, что они не могли избрать иного сеньора и обязывались всегда предоставлять вооруженного воина для защиты замка и города. То есть клан Англезола становились вассалами семьи Прещенс.

Согласно множеству дошедших до нас документов, семья Прещенс обосновалась в комарке в конце XI – начале XII в. и выполняла роль кастелянов замка. Из этой семьи вышли Арнау де Прещенс (cat. Arnau de Preixens) – епископ Уржельский (1167 – 95), другой Арнау де Прещенс – аббат монастыря в Поблете (Poblet) (1254 – 67) и Беренгер де Прещенс (cat. Berenguer de Preixens), упоминаемый в «Хронике» Жауме I (cat. Jaume I). В 1381 замком Прещенс владел дворянин – «донзель» (cat. donzell) – Жуан де Монткада (cat. Joan de Montcada).

Замок Монтклар

Замок Монтклар (cat. Castell de Montclar)

Замок Монтклар д’Уржель (cat. Montclar d’Urgell) находится в поселке Монтклар д’Уржель, входящем в городскую черту города Аграмунта (cat. Agramunt) провинции Уржель. Ему присвоена квалификация культурного наследия всеиспанского значения. Он выгодно расположен в одной из самых высоких точек горной гряды Монтклар. Его стены высятся на фундаменте старинной римской башни, в XVII веке замок был отреставрирован в стиле каталонского Возрождения. Последней перестройке замок подвергся в 1970 году. В 1979 году ему был присвоен статус Памятника Истории и Искусства.

Здание, сложенное из хорошо обтесанного камня, содержит различные элементы, обеспечивающие оборону: это и наклонная насыпь, и угловые башенки c зубцами. Вход в замок ведет через широкий арочный проем, обрамленный крупными камнями. На замковом камне арки – щит с феодальным гербом, который датируется 1635 году. В 1970 году замок был тщательно отреставрирован.

Замок Ремей (cat. Castell del Remei) и его винные погреба

Среди виноградников, перелесков и озер в органичный ансамбль на общей территории усадьбы собрались сам замок, исторические винные погреба, святилище Богоматери Целительницы (cat. Verge del Remei) и ресторан.

Помимо традиционных павлинов и домашней птицы, на землях Замка Ремей живут водоплавающие птицы, аисты, совы, пустельги и летучие мыши, а окрестности пруда Эстань де ла Плана (cat. Estany de la Plana) – идеальное место для наблюдения за жизнью пернатых.

Усадьба «Кастель дель Ремей» расположена на 4-м этапе (от Тарреги (cat. Tàrrega) до Линьолы (cat. Linyola)) Каталонского Пути через Сан Хуан де ла Пенья (esp. San Juan de la Peña) Дороги Святого Иакова (cat. Camí de Sant Jaime).

История этого места связана с его выгодным стратегическим положением и начинается чуть ли не 2000 лет назад. На протяжении веков замок именовался Корис (cat. Choris), Кортис (cat. Cortis), Торре де Кортеса («Коричная башня») (cat. Torre de Cortesa), Торре де н’Эриал («Башня Гумна») (cat. Torre de n’Erial), Торре дель Бисбе («Башня Епископа»), (cat. Torre del Bisbe) и Торре дель Ремей («Башней Богоматери Цлительницы») (Cat. Torre del Remei). За это время замок сменил много хозяев: им владели графы Уржельские и епископы Сольсонские, пока в начале 80-х годов ХХ века он не перешел в собственность семьи Жирона (cat. Girona) из крупной каталонской буржуазии.

Усадьба сыграла ключевую роль в строительстве и работе Уржельского оросительного канала (cat. Canal d’Urgell).

Города Каталонии: Балагер и его достопримечательности

Балагер: исторический город Уржельского графства, столица комарки Ла-Ногера (cat. La Noguera). Ла-Ногера – самая крупная комарка Каталонии, она входит в провинцию, главный город которой, Льейда (cat. Lleida), находится в 30 км от Балагера. Население Балагера составляет 16.841 жителей, город расположен на высоте 250 м над уровнем моря на реке Сегре (cat. riu Segre) и занимает площадь в 57,4 кв.км.

Архитектура и достопримечательности

СТАРЫЙ ГОРОД

Его история берет начало в мусульманском поселении, возникшем в районе Пла-д’Алмата, но затем начавшем расти в сторону крепости Суда (сегодняшний замок Формос) и мечети Авимони (cat. Avimoni) – нынешняя площадь Сант-Сальвадор (cat. Sant Salvador).

Со времен завоевания города графами Уржельскими в 1105 году, старый город оставался практически без изменений, не считая мелких, появления новых культовых зданий (церкви Св. Спасителя (cat. Sant Salvador)), новых открытых пространств и восстановления городской стены. Подробнее об истории Балагера см. здесь

Более заметные изменения произошли в XIV веке в связи с изгнанием евреев: образование рыночной Площади Меркадал (cat. plaça Mercadal) и расширение обнесенного стенами периметра. Целая серия появившихся на этом этапе гражданских и церковных зданий (мост Сант Микел (cat. pont de Sant Miquel), церковь Св. Марии (cat. església de Santa Maria), монастырь св. Доминика (cat. convent de Sant Domènec)) изменила облик Балагера.

Крепостная стена, служащая фоном, впечатляющий отражающийся в реке городской фасад улицы Дел Понт (cat. Carrer del Pont) и широкий прямоугольник площади Меркадал контрастируют с живописным лабиринтом улиц и переулков. Также следует выделить укромные площадь Дел Поу (cat. Plaça del Pou) и Площадь Сант Салвадор (cat. Plaça de Sant Salvador) и старинную общественную прачечную Ла-Регерета (cat. La Reguereta).

В настоящее время проводятся восстановительные работы, которые, в рамках Закона о Районах, призваны помочь занять этому историческому памятнику достойное место в ткани города.

Крепостные стены

Сложенные из крупных и прочных камней, городские стены с Ледяными воротами (cat. Portal del Gel), Ручейными Воротами (cat. Portal del Torrent) и другими, стены окружали город и расширялись по мере его роста. Стены появились с рождения города и до сих пор частично сохранились.

El Govern aprova el Decret relatiu a la nota tècnica sobre el procediment d’auditoria que han de seguir els auditors externs en relació amb l’intercanvi automàtic d’informació fiscal (AEOI).

El Govern, a proposta del ministre de Finances, Jordi Cinca, ha aprovat la nota tècnica sobre el procediment d’auditoria que han de seguir els auditors externs en relació a l’intercanvi automàtic d’informació fiscal (AEOI). La publicació de la nota es farà mitjançant Decret de Govern al BOPA. La nota determina els procediments que han de dur a terme els auditors externs per a l’elaboració de l’informe d’auditoria en el marc de l’intercanvi automàtic d’informació en matèria fiscal.

Jordi Cinca ha exposat que el 2016 es va aprovar la Llei d’intercanvi automàtic d’informació en matèria fiscal que implementa al Principat d’Andorra l’estàndard comú de l’OCDE de les normes de comunicació i diligència deguda relatives a la informació sobre comptes financers (Common Reporting Standard o CRS). Derivat d’aquesta normativa, es va aprovar, l’agost del 2017, el Reglament de desenvolupament de l’esmentada Llei, que incorpora certes obligacions relatives al règim de comprovació del compliment i de l’enviament d’informació pel que fa a l’intercanvi automàtic d’informació en matèria fiscal.

Així doncs, s’ha elaborat una nota tècnica per establir els criteris que hauran de tenir-se en compte a l’efecte de realitzar la revisió i emissió de l’informe per part de l’entitat auditora externa, en el marc de l’intercanvi automàtic d’informació en matèria fiscal. Aquesta nota determina l’abast de la revisió i estableix una sèrie de procediments concrets, els quals han de dur-se a terme amb caràcter obligatori. L’objectiu de la nota tècnica és homogeneïtzar l’abast i contingut de l’informe que han de generar els auditors externs a través dels criteris i pautes que aquests han de seguir en l’elaboració dels informes.

Registration for free Catalan language courses is open

Until January 25, entry to free Catalan language courses will be open. Registration can be done online at www.cultura.ad/apren-catala.ad or through newsletters distributed in public places. Further information can be obtained from the Catalan language centers: La Massana (838 058), Pas de la Casa (856 569), Encamp (832 472) or Escaldes-Engordany (829 240).

Classes will begin on February 4th.

The official Catalan language exams will be held on January 25 and 26: A1 and A2 on Friday 25; B1, B2 and C1 on Saturday 26. Level C2 will be assessed in September.

Registration for exams is open until January 14.

According to the World Ski Awards – Andorra’s ski resorts are in the TOP 10 in the world. During 2016-2017 Andorra also took 13th place in the world ranking for number of skier visits, a ranking created by the Swiss consultancy Laurent Vanat.

Andorra has strong ties with the skiing world. The Principality is one of Europe’s most important destinations and skiing is a basic cornerstone of the country’s economy.

This relationship between Andorra and FIS SKI (International SKI Federation) began in 1957 with the inauguration of the Pas de la Casa-Grau Roig ski resort, the first one in the country.

Andorra is the sunniest winter ski resort in Europe. The season here starts in December and lasts until mid-April. During winter nights the temperature is usually below zero, and in the daytime rises up to + 10C. The depth of snow cover varies from 50 to 300 cm. The peculiarity of the Andorran winter is that you can come across snow in the mountains and at the same time blooming flowers in the capital Andorra la Vella, which is located within a 10-minute drive. Grandvalira and Vallnord (the second of the largest ski resorts in Andorra) have 182 ski slopes at their disposal as well as several zones for other winter sports and extreme activities. Thus, winter holidays in Andorra offer a wide range of skiing options for diversified guests: from beginners to the most experienced skiers.

Mountain resorts of Andorra

During the ski season of 2003/2004 Grandvalira Pas de la Casa – Grau Roig and Soldeu – El Tarter resorts signed a commercial agreement to launch a unified ski zone “Grandvalira”. Thus, besides the fact that Andorra has got the largest skiing area in the Pyrenees, it is also one of the principal ski resorts in Southern Europe.

Mountain ski resort of Grandvalira is divided into 6 sectors: Pas de la Casa, Grau Roig, Soldeu, El Tarter, Canillo and Encamp, encompassing an area of 1,926 hectares with 112 slopes and with a capacity of 100,700 skiers per hour.

During the ski season of 2004/2005 the resorts Pal – Arinsal and Ordino – Arcalis merged their commercial interests under the name of Vallnord. With a universal ski pass visitors have access to the slopes of both resorts. Today the resort VALLNORD encompasses an area of 67 slopes and has the capacity to hold 55,690 skiers per hour.

In 2015 the World Ski Awards gave the title of the best ski resort in Andorra to Vallnord for the second time (top ski resorts of the world).

Naturlandia – La Rabassa: cross-country ski resort. Family ski resort Naturlandia is located in Sant Julia de Loria. It occupies over 100 hectares and is divided into two sectors, which are located at an altitude of 1,600 and 2,000 meters respectively. The themed ecopark offers 15 km of marked slopes and alongside this there are zones for family leisure and activities. The choice of activities is extremely wide: highlands tours, several cycling routes, quad biking, pony riding, mushing. A new attraction AIR-TREKK was launched a few years ago. Unifying a sense of thrill and adventure, the construction consists of ten towers and 3 levels of varying height, linked rope elements and wire lines. Air-Trekk is the largest and highest attraction in Europe.

The park also has the longest alpine toboggan in Europe (Tobotronc). Its length is more than 5,300 meters with 400 meters of altitude differences. The system has 1,700m of ascents and 3,600m of descents. The ride takes about 30 minutes.

The Animal Park (Annimalier Parc) was created in Naturlandia to diversify the touristic offer. Here, visitors can enjoy watching bears, wolves and birds of prey.

Le niveau d’instruction élémentaire générale en Andorre est de 100%. Les dépenses pour l’éducation montent à 3,2% du produit intérieur brut (données de l’année 2008). Trois niveaux existent dans l’éducation : primaire, secondaire et professionnelle. L’éducation primaire et secondaire est obligatoire et gratuite pour les Andorrans et les résidents en Andorre. Trois systèmes d’éducation préscolaire et scolaire fonctionnent en même temps : le système français (3 300 élèves), le système espagnol (3 100 élèves) et l’andorran (4 300 élèves). Les données statistiques indiquent que la quantité totale d’élèves dans les écoles en Andorre en 2013 a été de 10 825 personnes. L’enseignement est fait en français, espagnol et catalan selon l’école. Toutes les écoles sont construites et entretenues par le gouvernement de l’Andorre. En revanche les professeurs dans les écoles françaises et espagnoles sont généralement rémunérés par la France et l’Espagne.

La seule école payante de l’Andorre se trouve dans la paroisse de la Massana. L’enseignement y est fait en anglais et en espagnol. Dans certaines paroisses, il y a des écoles catholiques.

Dans les écoles de l’Andorre,l’année scolaire commence le 9 septembre : le jour qui suit la fête du 8 septembre – fête principale de la Principauté – la Journée de l’Andorre. L’année scolaire se termine le 27 juin.

Le système d’éducation andorran a été mis en place en 1982. Ce système est aujourd’hui le moins apprécié par la grande quantité des résidents étrangers qui vivent en Andorre. Il est cependant important de noter que dans les écoles de l’Andorre une très grande importance est attachée à l’apprentissage de la langue anglaise et que principalement l’infrastructure des écoles andorranes est financée par le gouvernement du pays.

Il y a une école maternelle dans chaque paroisse de l’Andorre. Les écoles secondaires sont situées dans les centres de taille importante. Les élèves ayant terminé les études secondaires reçoivent un Certificat de Baccalauréat de l’Andorre qui permet de continuer les études dans les universités en France, en Espagne et d’autres pays européens.

Enseignement en Andorre:

La structure d’enseignement en Principauté est spécifique et complexe car elle associe des systèmes d’enseignement différents qui, naguère, assuraient le rôle de l’enseignement national.

1880: ouverture des premières écoles catholiques dans certaines paroisses.

Depuis 1900 : ouverture des premières écoles primaires françaises.

Depuis 1930: ouverture des premières écoles espagnoles.

En 1935 : ouverture de l’école catholique espagnole de la Sagrada Familia.

En 1966 : ouverture de l’école catholique espagnole de Sant Ermengol.

En 1968 : ouverture du collège catholique espagnole Col-legi Janer.

En 1962 : le Conseil général introduit au programme d’enseignement les cours de langue catalane, de la géographie, de l’histoire et du système politique de la Principauté d’Andorre destinés pour la population adulte du pays.

1972 : le Conseil général introduit un programme de formation intitulé « l’andorranisation », appelé plus tard «L’enseignement andorran ».

1982 : le gouvernement favorise la création du système d’enseignement et le lancement de l’école andorrane.

1988 : création de deux premiers centres universitaires: la faculté des soins infirmiers et la faculté d’informatique.

1995 : ouverture de l’école de formation sportive et des sports de montagne.

1997: création du centred’enseignementprimaire pour les adultes et le centred’apprentissage (formation professionnelle).

1997 : ouverture de l’Université d’Andorre, qui comprend une école (une faculté) des soins infirmiers, la faculté des sciences informatiques et le centre des études par correspondance.

2004 : remise des diplômes de la formation professionnelledans les domainessociaux et médicaux.

2004 : création du système de baccalauréat en arts et communications.

2005: remise des diplômes de formation professionnelle en micro-informatique et réseauxinformatiques.

2006 : création du système de baccalauréat en animation et éducationsociale.

2007 : remisedes diplômes de la formation professionnelle en cosmétiques et parfumerie, secrétariatmultilingue et du baccalauréatprofessionnel en informatique.

Le système d’enseignement andorran

Le système d’enseignement andorran va de la maternelle (maternal) jusqu’au baccalauréat (batxillerat) et l’université (universitat). Maternelle A est le niveau avec des enfants de deux ans et demi jusqu’à 4 ans avec deux professeurs et une aide qui parlent seulement catalan. Maternelle B est le niveau suivant avec des enfants de 4 jusqu’à 6 ans avec deux professeurs aussi, mais un professeur parle catalan et le deuxième parle français. Une aide parle en catalan aussi.

Andorra continues to promote the use of electronic certificates for companies and citizens of the principality

2350 citizens of Andorra, 631 officials and 126 companies are currently using electronic certificates. To increase the number of holders of this certificate, the Government of Andorra decided to extend the terms of its use for this year. The goal is to continue to develop use of the certificate between different administrations, citizens and individuals in order to simplify the relationship between them.

Le gouvernement d’Andorre prend plusieurs mesures sur le salaire minimum, les pensions et les salaires jusqu’à 24 000 € annuels

Le gouvernement andorran vient de présenter toute une série de mesures destinées à améliorer le pouvoir d’achat des citoyens. Les responsables politiques du pays ont convoqué les représentants des syndicats et des entreprises pour leur exposer les différentes mesures concernant les salaires et les pensions.

Tout d’abord, le salaire minimum est passé à 1 050 €. De 962 € en 2015, le salaire minimum a progressé année après année. Cette augmentation représente 3,2 % de hausse par rapport à 2018, soit 4 fois l’inflation qui se situe entre 0,7 et 0,8 %. Quelque 3 000 personnes sont touchées par cette mesure. La progression du salaire minimum a des conséquences sur les prestations sociales qui augmenteront de 235 000 € annuellement et concerneront 1 100 bénéficiaires.

De même, le gouvernement a décidé d’augmenter de 3,2 % toutes les pensions de retraite, de veuvage et d’invalidité qui n’arrivent pas au salaire minimum malgré 25 ans de cotisations. Une autre mesure concerne les personnes qui perçoivent des salaires jusqu’à 24 000 € bruts annuels. Il y aura l’obligation d’augmenter ces salaires en fonction de l’inflation. L’objectif est d’équilibrer le pouvoir d’achat de ces personnes qui touchent plus que le salaire minimum mais qui n’arrivent pas au salaire moyen.

Будучи одним из влиятельнейших людей в истории современной поп- музыки, Ли Скрэтч Перри известен многим как крестный отец даба и регги, продюсер, открывший миру талант Боба Марли, The Congo’s, Джуниора Марвина и еще многих регги-музыкантов, цветастая икона раста-культуры, музыкальный новатор и добрый волшебник.

Имея статус легендарного артиста, создателя современного ямайского саунда и обладателя таких убедительных регалий как Грэмми за лучший регги-альбом и совместные работы с The Clash, Moby, ORB, Beastie Boys, Полом Маккартни, Кейт Ричардсом.

Однако в своем более чем уважаемом возрасте он не почивает на лаврах былых заслуг, что с полным правом мог бы себе позволить, находясь в поисках новых форм и состоянии повышенной творческой активности. Сам он описывает себя как человека без возраста, который будет жить вечно. И мы почти готовы в это поверить, наблюдая за много гастролирующим и работающим в студии, выпустившим за последние 2 года 4 альбома – 83-летним Ли Перри, умудряющимся при этом гармонично совмещать эту бурную творческую жизнь со счастливой семейной, которую он проводит с прекрасной женой Мириэль между домом в Швейцарии и на Ямайке.

Нам удалось немного поговорить с этим прекрасным человеком. Мы застали его, как всегда в прекрасном расположении духа, в швейцарской резиденции. Ли пустил нас в свой внутренний мир, и мы узнали много нового о серпе и молоте, битве против вампиров и каннибалов, ближайших музыкальных планах, волшебной силе экскрементов, и много чем еще интересном и важном. Мириэль, являющаяся так же менеджером Ли, присоединилась к увлекательной беседе и помогла прояснить некоторые творческие планы.

Ли, здравствуйте! Спасибо, что нашли время пообщаться с нами. Похоже в последние пару лет вам было чем заняться – выпустили несколько альбомов, постоянно гастролировали… Думаю, с вашей неиссякаемой энергией, останавливаться точно не собираетесь. Какие ближайшие творческие планы?

Моя музыка — это серп и молот, я их вручаю, а вы должны знать как ими пользоваться. С их помощью мы убьём всех вампиров и злых ведьм. В будущем никаких вампиров не будет, будет только один Бог. Бог неповторим, Бог идеален, Бог чист.
