1. WHAT IS HISTORY? SUBJECT OF HISTORY AS A SCIENCE:

PURPOSE, TASKS OF STUDY, SOCIALLY SIGNIFICANT FUNCTIONS

History is one of the oldest sciences, it is about 2500 years old. Its founder is considered the ancient Greek historian Herodotus (V century BC). The ancients greatly appreciated history and called it "magistra vitae" (mentor of life).

Usually history is defined as a science of past and past reality, of what was once with a person, people, society as a whole. Thus, the story comes down to a simple analysis of events, processes, states, one way or another sunk into oblivion. Such an understanding of history is not accurate and incomplete, moreover, it is internally contradictory. In fact, history does not allow people to forget "their former life." History, as it were, resurrects the past, past, rediscovering and reconstructing it for the present. Thanks to history, historical knowledge, the past does not die, but continues to live in the present, serves the present.

It is noteworthy that in ancient Greece, the patroness of history was Clio - the goddess who glorifies. The scroll and slate stick in her hands is a symbol and guarantee that nothing should disappear without a trace.

History is the collective memory of the people, the memory of the past. But the memory of the past is no longer the past in the proper sense of the word. This is the past, restored and restored according to the norms of the present, with an orientation on the values and ideals of people's lives in the present, for the past exists for us through the present and thanks to it. In his own way, K. Jaspers expressed this idea: "History directly concerns us ... And everything that concerns us, thereby constitutes the problem of the present for man" (K. Jaspers. The meaning and purpose of history. M., 1991. S. 9).

The original meaning of the word "history" goes back to the Greek "ioropia", which means "investigation", "recognition", "establishment". Thus, initially “history” was identified with the way of recognizing, establishing genuine events and facts. However, in Roman historiography, it has already acquired a second meaning (a story about past events), that is, the center of gravity was transferred from the study of the past to the story of it. In the Renaissance, a third meaning of the concept of "history" arises. By history they began to understand the kind of literature, whose special function was the establishment and fixing of truth.

The first part of the word, “filo”, comes from “filo”, “love,” and is found in many words denoting affection, love, friendly disposition, attraction to something. "Sophia" is a word for wisdom, knowledge, understanding. "Philosopher", respectively, is a person striving for wisdom, for knowledge, for understanding the essence of things.

According to ancient writers, the first person to call himself a philosopher was Pythagoras. He created a religious and philosophical union whose purpose was to purify the soul and familiarize it with the eternal, perfect, divine. And when the tyrant Leont called him a sage, he replied: only gods are wise, but I am a person who can only strive for divine, perfect knowledge, but never reaches it.

We will consider this simple, but at the same time initial, fundamental thought.

The tyrant probably associated the concept of wisdom with such people who were given a special status of initiates in some secret, esoteric knowledge received from the gods or from the one God, and giving them special power and authority over other people. Man alone cannot possess this wisdom and power. He can only receive them from more perfect and powerful creatures and receives them by virtue of his being chosen by them and participating in the mysterious world of the supernatural, miraculous, divine. Such people were then considered, for example, Egyptian priests or Hebrew prophets. Calling himself a “philosopher”, Pythagoras, apparently not wanting to become the object of a kind of idolatry, blind adoration and imitation, made it clear that his knowledge of the world was ordinary, natural, i.e. one that a person can create on his own, relying on the ability of sensory perception inherent in all people - vision, hearing, etc. - on his life experience, on his natural and inherent ability to think, think, reflect. “Philosophy” is only that knowledge that a person obtains by his own forces, relying on his own independent thoughts. But since “wisdom” is far from all knowledge, but knowledge of the most important and essential in the world and in human life, philosophy is not all reflections in general, but independent reflection on the most important issues for all people. Philosophy - reflections on such issues that are equally important and equally interesting for all intelligent beings with the ability of free self-determination.

In a market economy, cinema became a profitable commercial enterprise, the right to solve creative issues was gradually appropriated by producers (this system was most fully embodied in Hollywood). Searches that did not correspond to the main spectacular-narrative line of development of commercial cinema were crowded out into the field of experimental cinema, where purely formal searches in the mainstream of such artistic trends as Dadaism (R. Claire), abstractionism (H. Richter, V. Eggeling, V. Rutman, O. Fisher), surrealism (L. Bunuel).

In the late 1920s - early 1930s, with the advent of sound in the cinema (the film “Jazz Singer” by American director A. Crosland, 1927) was considered the first successful experience, the palette of the screen was enriched by a sounding word and natural noises, more flexible and varied became forms of musical accompaniment. At the same time, the leading position of the fiction narrative full-length film was consolidated. By this time, the experimental currents had exhausted themselves, whose findings were largely assimilated by narrative cinema. In general, the development of cinema in the 1930s was marked by the creative development of the most viable expressive means of the previous period (adapted both to the level of development of the cinema technique and to the level of audience perception).

As a mass art form, cinema art was in demand as a means of political and ideological influence, which was especially evident in the direct use of cinema for fascist and militaristic propaganda in Germany, Italy, Japan, and several other countries. At the same time, anti-bourgeois tendencies also developed (the English school of documentary films, works of critical realism in France and the USA). During the Second World War, the role of documentary increased.

One of the achievements of the cinema of the 1940s was the so-called deep mise-en-scene, combined with intraframe editing, which allowed us to return to the reliability effect at a new stage. The founders of this specific method are J. Renoir, M. I. Romm and W. Wyler, and the most prominent representatives are O. Wells and A. Hitchcock. Instead of cutting the film and then gluing its fragments, the authors of such films separated the main thing from the secondary by moving the camera (and with it the look of the viewer) - often very complex, moving from character to character, from speaker to listener, from one event to another. In one frame, several plans could be equally clearly shown: front, middle and back. If in the first decades of the history of cinema, operators gradually learned to focus only a certain spatial area in which the action took place, their followers in the 1940s and 1950s, thanks to a special kind of optics, did the opposite operation. This made it possible to introduce into the frame, along with the necessary elements that are basic for the further development of events, secondary objects that form part of the information background. The screen was likened to a detective story in which the most significant details remain invisible, as they mix with others - insignificant or leading away from the line of investigation. Thus, the viewer himself becomes a co-author of the story and, trying to unravel the author’s intention, can move in a completely unforeseen direction. Moreover, the action in the foreground was often used as an obstacle preventing the perception of the main content of the frame and forcing the viewer to wade through these details in order to enter the open space of the plot.

La cibernètica és la ciència de les lleis generals dels processos de gestió i transmissió d’informació en sistemes tècnics, biològics i socials. És una de les ciències més joves i importants per a la humanitat moderna. El seu fundador és el matemàtic nord-americà Norbert Wiener (1894-1964), que va publicar el 1948 el llibre "La cibernètica o el control de la seva comunicació en els animals i la màquina". La nova ciència va obtenir el seu nom de l'antiga paraula grega "cibernetes", que significa "gerent", "timoner", "timoner". Va sorgir a la intersecció de les matemàtiques, la teoria de la informació, la tecnologia i la neurofisiologia, i estava interessada en una àmplia classe de sistemes vius i no vius.

El lloc de la cibernètica en la ciència moderna es pot definir dins de les matemàtiques, l’aparell que utilitza la cibernètica per descriure els processos de regulació. N. Wiener, creant el seu primer llibre sobre cibernètica, va utilitzar fórmules matemàtiques simples i exemples accessibles de la natura per descriure les lleis cibernètiques. Després que la cibernètica fos acceptada per científics del món i es comencés a estudiar independentment de l’autor, N. Wiener, com a descobridor d’un nou camp de coneixement, va començar a escriure sobre el paper de la cibernètica en la societat i, més concretament, sobre el paper dels autòmats en el destí de la raça humana.

La cibernètica va provocar força ràpidament una ciència filial, informàtica, la necessitat que va sorgir com a resultat d’un creixement imparable de la demanda d’ordinadors de l’economia i d’un augment similar de la potència d’aquest. El concepte modern d’informació, en el qual també participava N. Wiener, ha entrat en la vida quotidiana. L’ús modern de les lleis de la cibernètica és purament pragmàtic i utilitari, però comença amb l’estudi i el desenvolupament de les lleis descrites per N. Wiener.

La cibernètica és un treball fonamental que descriu els principals conceptes i principis de la gestió de la informació. L’estudi dels processos de gestió a la natura, la societat i la tecnologia es dedica a la ciència de la cibernètica.

1. La cibernètica com a ciència, els conceptes bàsics de la cibernètica

La cibernètica és la ciència de les lleis generals dels processos de gestió i transmissió d’informació en sistemes tècnics, biològics i socials. El terme "cibernètica" fa 2500 anys, l'antic filòsof grec Plató va anomenar "l'art de controlar la nau". A principis del segle XIX. El físic i matemàtic francès A.M. Ampere va anomenar la cibernètica com a ciència del govern. La cibernètica va sorgir als anys 40. Segle XX com a resultat d'una imperiosa necessitat pràctica de millorar la qualitat de la gestió en els àmbits productius, tècnics, econòmics, polítics, militars i altres de l'activitat humana. El seu fundador és el matemàtic nord-americà N. Wiener (1894-1964), que va publicar el 1948 el llibre "La cibernètica o el control de la seva comunicació en els animals i la màquina". Va sorgir a la intersecció de les matemàtiques, la teoria de la informació, la tecnologia i la neurofisiologia, i estava interessada en una àmplia classe de sistemes vius i no vius. A la Unió Soviètica, I. Poletaev, M. Tsetlin, V. Glushkov, A. Berg, I. Petrovsky i altres es van dedicar a desenvolupar aquesta àrea.

L'home va tractar sistemes complexos de control molt abans de la cibernètica (controlar persones, màquines; va observar processos reguladors en organismes vius). Però la cibernètica ha identificat els patrons generals de control en diversos processos i sistemes, i no les seves característiques específiques. En el període “pre-cibernètic”, els coneixements de gestió i organització van ser de naturalesa “local”, és a dir, en àrees separades. Així, fins al 1843, el pensador polonès B. Trentovsky va publicar el llibre poc conegut, "L'actitud de la filosofia davant la cibernètica com l'art de gestionar el poble". Al seu llibre "L'experiència de les ciències filosòfiques" del 1834, el famós físic A.M. Ampere va donar una classificació de ciències, entre les quals la cibernètica és la tercera seguida: la ciència de la política actual i la gestió pràctica de l'estat (societat).

La cibernètica general sol incloure la teoria de la informació, la teoria dels algoritmes, la teoria de jocs i la teoria dels autòmats, la cibernètica tècnica. En la cibernètica, es poden distingir diverses àrees científiques:

- La cibernètica teòrica tracta els problemes generals de la teoria del control, la teoria de la informació, qüestions de transmissió, protecció, emmagatzematge i ús de la informació en sistemes de control. A la informàtica teòrica s’estudien molts problemes de cibernètica teòrica.

- Cibernètica tècnica: una branca de la ciència que estudia sistemes de control tècnic. Les àrees de recerca més importants són el desenvolupament i creació de sistemes de control automàtics i automatitzats, així com dispositius automàtics i complexos per a la transmissió, el processament i l’emmagatzematge d’informació.

According to the results of the tender procedure, the Department of Infrastructure Development and Housing and Public Utilities of the Odessa Regional

According to the results of the tender procedure, the Department of Infrastructure Development and Housing and Public Utilities of the Odessa Regional State Administration has determined the construction contractor for the restoration works of the Akkerman Fortress.

The winner of the tender was the construction company Vidbudova LLC. The contract amount was 7 million 749 thousand 944 hryvnia. The leaders of the company are Roman and Arsen Gevorgyan.

Also, PJSC “SBMU No. 33“ Odessbud ”took part in the competition with a price offer of 7 million 917 thousand 388 hryvnias, and the company“ Panstroy ”offered to perform restoration work for 7 million 52 thousand 415 hryvnias. However, having offered the lowest price, Panstroy did not provide the relevant documents for permission to perform works of increased danger and for the operation (use) of machines, mechanisms, equipment of increased danger.

High-priority emergency restoration measures to prevent the destruction of structures in the northwestern part of the Akkerman fortress in the Citadel zone in the city of Belgorod-Dniester, the Vidbudova company will start on January 1, 2016.

The project provides for the development of soil loading onto dump trucks with excavators, soil compaction with rubble, construction of reinforced concrete bored piles with a diameter of 600 mm, length up to 16 m in stable soils, production of reinforcing cages of columns and racks of frames with clamps of complex shape using a crane. The contractor will also assemble and disassemble the wooden panel board formwork for laying the concrete mix in the walls and partitions, install drainage trays, water discharge structures, provide slopes and shore protection work.

We note that LLC Vidbudova at the end of last year won the tender for the management of architecture and urban planning of the Yuzhnensky city council. Then the company received 10 million 840 thousand hryvnias for a complex of water-protective and anti-landslide measures in Primorsky Park.
