История города

С середины третьего века до нашей эры до нашей эры, задолго до римского поселения, западный Лангедок был занят конфедерацией галльских народов – считается, что они и были первыми поселенцами Старой Тулузы, которая находилась в нескольких километрах к югу от современной Тулузы. Местные поселенцы имели торговые связи с Испанией, Италией и остальной частью Галлии – они обменивались вином, пшеницей, изделиями из кожи и металла.

В 107 году до н.э. Тулузу (Tolosa на латыни) завоевали римляне. Галло-римляне строили здесь, как и в других крупных городах, акведуки, а также здания театра, амфитеатра, бани. Город был окружён большой кирпичной стеной, часть её сохранилась до сих пор.

Город быстро рос и процветал. В связи с ростом количества христиан в регионе в 403 году была построена первая базилика – базилика Сен-Сернен.

But beyond the museum, Figueres can be a pleasant place to spend a night or two. The town, much like Girona, is a relaxed alternative to Barcelona with relaxing cafés on side streets, and a compact Old Town core. The Empordà region in general will appeal to those interested in the history and/or burgeoning viticulture and gastronomy of Northern Catalonia. Figueres works well as a base for day trips to these destinations. Пиренеи (эндонимы: Pyrénées на французском, Pirenèus на окситанском, Pireneu на арагонском, Pirinioak на баскском, Pirineos на испанском, Pirineus o Pirineu на каталонском) – группа горных хребтов (то есть горная система), расположенная на севере Пиренейского полуострова (cat. península Ibèrica) вдоль перешейка, соединяющего его с Европой. Она протянулась от Средиземного моря (мыс Кап де Креус (cat. Этимология

Существует немало этимологических теорий, объясняющих происхождения названия этой горной системы:
* «Пиренеи» обязаны своим названием Пирене (cat. Pirena) (Πυρήνη), персонажу греческой мифологии. Геракл воздвиг гробницу Пирены, от которой и пошло название горной системы. Древним грекам был известен топоним «Пиренеи» – термин Πυρηναῖα (Pirēnaîa) встречается в текстах Плутарха (cat. Plutarc).
* Также топоним «Пиренеи» мог произойти от слов «pora» (огромный) и «naga» (гора) древнелигурийского языка, на котором говорил народ, проживавший к северу от горной системы еще до кельтов.
* В одном из текстов Диодора Сицилийского (cat. Diodor de Sicília) (I в. до н.э.) говорится, что когда-то Пиренеи были покрыты лесами, которые пастухи выжигали под пастбища. Образ горящей земли породил название «Пиренеи» – от древнегреческого πῦρ (pîr) – «огонь».
* Другая теория утверждает древнеиберийское или древнебаскское происхождение топонима. На языке этого народа название гор звучало как «Ilene os» (лунные горы), где «Ilene» значит «луна».

Подразделения

Несмотря на то, что Пиренеи представляют собой единый массив, часто приходится подразделять его на зоны в зависимости от контекста. По склонам: северный склон Пиренеев или южный склон Пиренеев; по территории: Пиренеи каталонские, окситанские, арагонские или баскские; по регионам: Пиренеи департамента Од (cat. Pirineu d’Aude), Пиренеи Жироны (cat. Pirineu de Girona), Пиренеи Наварры (cat. Pirineu de Navarra). С другой стороны, Пиренеи можно подразделять по высоте: Высокие и Низкие Пиренеи (cat. Alt i Baix Pirineu), Предпиренеи (cat. Prepirineu) и Подпиренеи (cat. Subpiriniu) (наиболее низкие хребты по краям массива); также, более приблизительно можно говорить о восточных, центральных или западных Пиренеях. Также можно разделять горный массив по климатическому признаку: атлантические и средиземноморские Пиренеи.

География

С точки зрения физической географии Пиренеи представляют собой достаточно узкую линейную горную систему общей длиной в 430 км от мыса Кап де Креус на Средиземном море до Бискайского залива Атлантического океана. Трудно определить западную оконечность Пиренеев, потому что они постепенно сливаются с Баскскими горами (cat. Muntanyes Basques) между Алавой (cat. Álaba) и Бискайей (cat. Biscaia), которые в свою очередь переходят в Кантабрийские горы (cat. Muntanyes Cantàbriques); в результате можно говорить о единой пиренео-кантабрийской горной системе длиной в 1000 км. Очертить географические границы Пиренеев легче всего по принципу «перешейка», и именно это определение является наиболее популярным: это горная система, протянувшаяся между Средиземным морем и Бискайским заливом, которая отделяет Пиренейский полуостров от континентальной Европы.

Пиренейские долины, как правило, ориентированы с севера на юг, за исключением ближайших к морю, а также долин Ордесы (cat. Ordesa), Сердани (cat. Cerdanya) и Арагона (cat. Aragó). Этим объясняется трудное сообщение между долинами; двумя исключениями являются долины от Хаки (cat. Jaca) до Памплоны (cat. Pamplona) и от Пучсерды (cat. Puigcerdà) до Сео де Уржель (cat. Seu d’Urgell). Кроме того, горные вершины расположены недалеко одна от другой без каких-либо разделяющих их низменностей – именно поэтому в Пиренеях так мало перевалов, через которые можно попасть с одного склона на другой.

Другим примером «аномалии» является равнина Сердани, расположенная на южном склоне горной системы, но разделенная между двумя государствами (согласно Пиренейскому миру (cat. Геология

Пиренеи возникли в период варисцийской (герцинской) складчатости, затем практически исчезли в мезозое и снова поднялись в кайнозойскую эру как часть большого альпийско-гималайского складчатого пояса.
Центральная ось Пиренеев состоит из кристаллических пород герцинской складчатости (гранитов и метаморфических горных пород), в то время как Предпиренеи представляют собой образование из осадочных пород мезозоя и кайнозоя (известняк, конгломерат, глина, мергель, песчаник).

Наиболее характерными геологическими особенностями является асимметрия склонов в поперечном разрезе: северные склоны намного круче южных; а также асимметрия в продольном разрезе: пологое понижение в сторону Кантабрии (cat. Cantàbria) и крутые предгорья со стороны Средиземноморья. С точки зрения структурного строения Пиренеи отличаются от Альп (cat. Alps): если в Альпах основную массу составляют тектонические покровы, Пиренеи в целом могут рассматриваться как автохтонная складчатая структура.

Осадочные породы в Пиренеях откладывались в прибрежных впадинах в палеозойскую и мезозойскую эры. Затем, в нижнем меловом периоде (150-100 млн. лет), в результате углубления океанского дна и появления Бискайского залива, Пиренейский полуостров испытал вдавливание в европейский континент, что привело к вспучиванию слоев осадочных пород: сначала давление распространилось на восточную часть, а затем постепенно затронуло всю горную систему; наиболее сильное поднятие и деформация пришлись на эоцен в начале кайнозойской эры.

Восточная часть Пиренеев в основном состоит из гранитов и гнейсов, в то время как западная часть представляет собой гранитные вершины, окруженные слоями известняка.

Массивный и малоизрезанный характер горной системы обусловлен как раз преобладанием твердых горных пород, не поддающихся эрозии и затрудняющих образование ледников.

Андорра готова к строительству аэропорта на своей территории

19 июня 2019 года в Конгресс-центре Андорры-ла-Вельи пройдёт официальная презентация проекта строительства аэропорта на территории княжества.

Накануне этого мероприятия в Торговой-промышленной палате (ТПП) Андорры состоялась встреча вице-президента ТПП Рамона Гинесты (Ramon Ginesta Julian) с группой крупных инвесторов из России, которую возглавил один из членов совета директоров компании, управляющей тремя аэропортами на юге России с пассажиропотоком около 11 млн человек в год. Российские инвесторы заявили о совместном интересе к этому проекту совместно с сингапурской компанией Changi (мировой лидер, входящий в TOП-10 компаний по управлению аэропортами; управляет аэропортом Сингапура и рядом других крупных аэропортов мира с общим пассажиропотоком около 150 млн человек в год).

По словам представителей делегации из России, Changi “очень позитивно относится к партнёрским проектам и была бы крайне заинтересована в совместной работе лучших специалистов компании с правительством Андорры и, возможно, с другими заинтересованными инвесторами”.

По словам Рамона Гинесты, по итогам проведённых исследований (исполнителем является компания Airbus, Тулуза) было вынесено важнейшее заключение: строительство аэропорта в Андорре – технически сложная, но выполнимая задача. Причём речь идёт о строительстве стандартного международного аэропорта, который будет в состоянии обслуживать самолёты типа Аэробус-320 и Боинг-737 (дальность полёта 5-6 тыс. км).

“Впервые за долгие годы этот проект нашёл реальную поддержку правительства. Обсуждалось несколько вариантов. Место выбрано и будет официально объявлено 19 июня”, подытожил вице-президент ТПП.

Строительство аэропорта в Андорре – стратегически важный и крайне своевременный проект. Ежегодно страну посещают более 7 млн. туристов, и их количество продолжает расти. Две дороги, соединяющие Андорру с Францией и Испанией в высокий горнолыжный сезон не справляются с пассажиропотоком, на границах образуются километровые пробки. Более того, дорога RN22 между Андоррой и Францией часто бывает закрыта, и не только зимой в связи с опасностью схода снежных лавин. Geology of the Pyrenees

The Pyrenees are older than the Alps: their sediments were first deposited in coastal basins during the Paleozoic and Mesozoic eras. Between 100 and 150 million years ago, during the Lower Cretaceous Period, the Bay of Biscay fanned out, pushing present-day Spain against France and applying intense compressional pressure to large layers of sedimentary rock. The intense pressure and uplifting of the Earth's crust first affected the eastern part and moved progressively to the entire chain, culminating in the Eocene Epoch.

The eastern part of the Pyrenees consists largely of granite and gneissose rocks, while in the western part the granite peaks are flanked by layers of limestone. The massive and unworn character of the chain comes from its abundance of granite, which is particularly resistant to erosion, as well as weak glacial development. https://all-andorra.com/pyrenees/

The upper parts of the Pyrenees contain low-relief surfaces forming a peneplain. This peneplain originated no earlier than in Late Miocene times. Presumably it formed at height as extensive sedimentation raised the local base level considerably.

Most expensive classic cars

A car (or automobile) is a wheeled motor vehicle used for transportation. Most definitions of car say they run primarily on roads, seat one to eight people, have four tires, and mainly transport people rather than goods.

Cars came into global use during the 20th century, and developed economies depend on them. The year 1886 is regarded as the birth year of the modern car when German inventor Karl Benz patented his Benz Patent-Motorwagen. Cars became widely available in the early 20th century. One of the first cars accessible to the masses was the 1908 Model T, an American car manufactured by the Ford Motor Company. Cars were rapidly adopted in the US, where they replaced animal-drawn carriages and carts, but took much longer to be accepted in Western Europe and other parts of the world.

History and old cars: the first working steam-powered vintage vehicle was designed — and quite possibly built — by Ferdinand Verbiest, a Flemish member of a Jesuit mission in China around 1672. It was a 65-cm-long scale-model toy for the Chinese Emperor that was unable to carry a driver or a passenger. It is not known with certainty if Verbiest's model was successfully built or run.

Mass cars production: large-scale, production-line manufacturing of affordable cars was started by Ransom Olds in 1901 at his Oldsmobile factory in Lansing, Michigan and based upon stationary assembly line techniques pioneered by Marc Isambard Brunel at the Portsmouth Block Mills, England, in 1802.

11 причин “ПРОТИВ”

1. Расположение курорта в Пиренеях (что существенно южнее альпийских курортов) может стать и причиной позднего открытия трасс в связи с отсутствием снега. Если сезон 2016-2017 был отмечен многочисленными снегопадами и ранним открытием трасс, то, наоборот, в сезон 2018-2019 большинство трасс из-за отсутствия снега заработали в полном объеме только в середине января.

Ограниченное количество открытых горнолыжных трасс привело к большим скоплениям у подъёмников и спровоцировало рост несчастных случаев в связи с высокой концентрацией горнолыжников. Проблема повторилась в феврале – из-за высокой дневной температуры и отсутствием снега большинство горнолыжных трасс снова оголились. Снежные пушки работают далеко не на всех трассах.

Таким образом, ранее планирование поездки в Андорру может обернуться серьезной проблемой с катанием.

2. Княжество не имеет собственного аэропорта и железной дороги, и добраться в Андорру можно только автотранспортом. То есть логистика, например, из Москвы с учетом четырехчасового перелета, ожидания автобуса и четырехчасового переезда в Андорру, занимает целый день.

При этом цена на автобус из Барселоны в Андорру из-за транспортной монополии Княжества на этих рейсах в разы выше, чем на аналогичных направлениях внутри Европы. Цена за билет в один конец составляет почти 35 евро за 200 км пути, а, например, тарифы испанской компании Альса на проезд из Барселоны в Мадрид (более 600 км) – 16 евро.

3. Андорра в последние годы столкнулась в транспортным кризисом. Только две дороги соединяют ее с внешним миром. N145 ведет из Испании и N22 – из Франции. Дорога из Франции – это “серпантин”, она не модернизировалась много лет, и поэтому зимой часто перекрывается из-за даже незначительных снегопадов по причине опасности схода лавин. Поэтому сами французы часто предпочитают добираться до Андорры со стороны Испании по N145.

Увеличившееся количество однодневных туристов, приезжающих в Андорру за дешевым табаком и алкоголем, приводит в последнее время к многокилометровым пробкам на обеих границах. В течение сезона 2018-2019 было зафиксировано около 30 серьезных пробок, некоторые из которых растягивались почти на 10 км и приводили к многочасовым простоям на границе. В итоге сотни туристов опаздывали на авиарейсы из аэропорта Барселоны, а местные жители жаловались на ухудшение самочувствия в связи с повышением количества вредных выбросов в атмосферу.

При этом, например, логистика до ближайших от Барселоны горнолыжных курортов Маселья и Ла Молина составляет всего 1,5 часа на автобусе или машине или 3,5 часа на поезде. При этом туристы полностью застрахованы от пробок, так как не нужно пересекать границу.

4. Транспортная логистика внутри Андорры – также не на самом высоком уровне. Скибасы ходят только до одного горнолыжного курорта – Вальнорд (Пал-Аринсаль и Ордино-Аркалис) и всего три раза в день. Вдоль горнолыжных станций Грандвалиры ходят обычные рейсовые автобусы, проезд в которых стоит минимум 2 евро (даже если нужно проехать всего одну остановку). При этом в часы открытия и закрытия подъемников число автобусов не увеличивается, они часто бывают переполнены, что приводит к скоплению туристов на остановках в ожидании следующего автобуса со свободными местами.

Электронных табло с информацией о рейсах или задержках на остановках автобусов нет. Информация о скибасах доступна только в интернете, при этом бесплатного wi-fi на остановках нет.

5. Еще пять лет назад цены на скипассы в Андорре были относительно ниже, чем например в Альпах, сейчас цены сравнялись. При этом конкурировать с горнолыжными курортами Альп в силу ограниченного количества трасс (около 350 км) Андорра не может.

6. Разделение крупнейшего курорта – Грандвалира – в предстоящем сезоне 2019-2020 на два отдельных курорта с отдельными скипассами и инфраструктурой приведет к тому, что Андорра потеряет единственное конкурентное преимущество по сравнению с испанскими и французскими курортами в окружающих Пиренеях. Если раньше Грандвалира могла похвастаться более 230 км трасс, доступ к которым можно было получить по одному скипассу, то в следующем году она сможет предложить всего 150 км, а, например, “королевский” испанский курорт Бекейра в часе езды от Андорры – это 160 км трасс.

7. На андоррких курортах не развито ночное катание. Зато этим могут похвастаться соседние испанские курорты, например, Маселья.

8. Шоппинг туризм в Андорре, который ранее являлся обязательной частью туристической программы и ее большим преимуществом по сравнению с Альпами, в последние годы потерял свою привлекательность. Например, цена потребительской корзины в Андорре на 15-20% и на 20-30% дороже, чем в соседних Испании и Франции соответственно. Поэтому все андоррцы предпочитают тратить время и деньги на бензин, чтобы добраться по выходным до ближайшего в Испании (7 км в Сео-де-Уржель) супермаркета Mercadona. В случае, если нужно приобрести деликатесные продукты (сыры, паштеты) андоррцы предпочитают ездить за 70 км до ближайшего супермаркета Lidl в городе Фуа (Франция).

Цены на одежду и горнолыжные товары в Андорре выше, чем в соседних Испании и Франции, на 15-30%.

В настоящее время Андорра сохраняет конкурентные цены только на табак, алкоголь, парфюмерию и косметику. При этом лимиты на вывоз товаров из Андорры очень жесткие (например, не более 1 литра крупкого алкоголя).

9. В Андорре отсутствует ночная жизнь и какие-либо развлечения даже у крупных горнолыжных станций. Единственный в стране “апре-ски” бар закрывается в 21.00.

10. Классификация отелей в Андорре подчиняется только своим внутренним правилам. В Андорре критерии звёзд в гостиницах завышены на одну – две звезды по сравнению с европейской системой.

Кроме того, в Андорре практически нет пятизвездочных отелей у подъемников. Основной фонд отелей Андорры – две или три звезды.

11. Ресторанная инфраструктура: в Андорре нет традиционной альпийской инфраструктуры многочисленных семейных ресторанов, расположенных у трасс. В Княжестве доступны, в основном, рестораны самообслуживания с типовыми блюдами.

Кроме того, высокая стоимость продуктовой корзины является причиной завышенных цен в ресторанах при низком качестве обслуживания.

Ресторанов, отмеченных звездами Мишлен, в Андорре нет.

Human language has the properties of productivity and displacement, and relies entirely on social convention and learning. Its complex structure affords a much wider range of expressions than any known system of animal communication. Language is thought to have originated when early hominins started gradually changing their primate communication systems, acquiring the ability to form a theory of other minds and a shared intentionality. This development is sometimes thought to have coincided with an increase in brain volume, and many linguists see the structures of language as having evolved to serve specific communicative and social functions. Language is processed in many different locations in the human brain, but especially in Broca's and Wernicke's areas. Humans acquire language through social interaction in early childhood, and children generally speak fluently by approximately three years old. The use of language is deeply entrenched in human culture. Therefore, in addition to its strictly communicative uses, language also has many social and cultural uses, such as signifying group identity, social stratification, as well as social grooming and entertainment.

Tremp town

The town of Tremp is the head and home of both the municipality of the same name as well as the county of Pallars Jussà, the judicial party of Tremp and the archpriest homonymous, belonging to the bishopric of Urgell. The territory of the town of Tremp presently constitutes an enclave of its municipality, separated from the rest by the territory of Talarn.

The etymology of the name “Tremp” has been controversial and full of doubts. At least until now, there is no single etymological explanation accepted by all specialists in the subject. Joan Coromines devotes a long article to try to bring light on the origin of the name of the Pallars capital. He discards entry that the origin is the Latin word templum, and, instead, opts for a non-Indo-European root of an itatic origin brought here by the first Indo-European colonizers, the sorotaptes that had been on Venetoligian soil before reaching the current Catalan speaking territories. Coromines also postulates that it goes before the denonym, trempolins instead of the name of the city Tremp, and that in this case it would be the other way round to what is common: the name of the city would refer to the name of its settlers.

In the false act of consecration of the Seu d’Urgell, attributed to the year 819, there is already the inscription that says Trimplo. In the later documents where the name of the city appears, it is already mentioned in the current form.

The village of Tremp, which became a city on May 27, 1884, has a very small, modernized area, the city grows, at the expense of parts of the Talarn district, as has been said before.

The medieval town had been formed in the territory of the canonical, antic head-dean of Santa Maria de Tremp or Valldeflors, and it consisted of streets with clear medieval layout, surrounded by walls, that Pascual Madoz had seen and described in its Geographical Dictionary from 1845.

However, it must be said that in many moments of history, the role of capital had to be disputed with Talarn. Talarn, however, always had a more political and military role, linked to the old Order of Susterris, while Tremp acted more as a civil and commercial city.

The old town was formed by two cross-shaped streets (Soldevila-Capdevila and Peressall) that are located in a small square, and even smaller, irregular streets that fill the four quarters in to which the city is divided. The street of Peressall runs from east to west; At the far east there was the gate of Peressall, demolished in 1915; the streets of Capdevila and Soldevila, which are a continuity of each other, make it from north to south. At noon is called Soldevila street, as it slopes slightly towards the lower part: the sun of the town; Towards north, it is the street of Capdevila, which rises slightly towards the highest: the head of the town. At the end of the street of Soldevila there was another entryway, which disappeared in 1903.

Музыка – одна из наиболее бурно развивающихся форм искусства, адекватно выражающая дух времени и эстетику современности. Двадцатый век был ознаменован рождением новых жанров, таких как джаз, рок-н-ролл, ритм-н-блюз, хип-хоп, техно – принципиально изменивших музыкальный ландшафт и создавших абсолютно новые формы подачи, новаторские и революционные по своей сути. Поиск новых форм и развитие продолжается беспрерывно, порождая интереснейший симбиоз музыкальных и научных изысканий.

Мы поговорили с человеком, находящимся в фарватере этого движения. Иван Степанян – доктор биологических и кандидат технических наук, принимающий активное участие в деятельности Центра междисциплинарных исследований Московской консерватории, дающего широкую платформу для совместной работы музыкантов и ученых. Одно из важных направлений деятельности Центра – создание новых систем, развивающих и двигающих музыку вперед.

Иван является автором ряда патентов, в том числе зарубежных, на изобретения музыкальных инструментов, имеющих принципиально новый строй. Им был разработан ряд инструментов под брендом «Pentagramon» для исполнения генетической музыки.

В своем интервью для All Andorra Иван рассказал о новейших разработках Московской консерватории, связи музыки с генетическим кодом и рядом Фибоначчи, а также о том, как инструменты Pentagramon смогут изменить современную музыку.

Иван, здравствуйте! Расскажите о вашем изобретении – Pentagramon?

Многими исследователями неоднократно осуществлялись попытки найти новые варианты музыкальной настройки с выходом в микротональности, основанной не на классической семинотной системе, на которой сейчас построена вся современная музыка и ее лады, а на принципиально ином музыкальном строе. https://all-andorra.com/ru/pentagramon-kak-zvuchit-dnk/

Эти эксперименты сейчас активно продолжаются, микротональная музыка развивается, но до недавнего момента не было четкого критерия этой микротональности, пока его не удалось обнаружить российскому ученому Сергею Петухову. В своей монографии «Матричная генетика» он анализирует генетический код математическими и матричными методами. Сравнивая отношения и пропорции генетического кода, Петухов вышел на принцип золотого сечения. Основное достижение его алгоритма заключается в том, что он обобщил классический пифагорийский музыкальный строй с помощью новых пентаграмных строев, основанных на числах Фибоначчи. Причем это уже получается не один музыкальный строй, а целая система. Система бесконечна, и музыкальные строи в ней вкладываются друг в друга, как в матрешке, начиная с одной ноты, потом две, три, пять, восемь,тринадцать и так далее – в соответствии с рядом Фибоначчи.
