It has been so long since I had anything actually written in here. I decided it was time to go out and meet no people and not always depend on the appreciation of friends long since moved on to speak with me.

I am willing to tell you anything but write very little. Large portions of my life have been used against me in the past, but since I have decided upon this new and open me, here goes.

I have done wrong things to good people, I have done good things to the wrong people, i trust just about everyone I meet, i love almost everyone I know, I hate very few, I hate fiercely those that I do, I tend to make extremely long term friendships, I am in love with more women than just my wife, she is OK with that, she is in love with multiple men, I am writing this as a single sentence on purpose, I love cats, I hate dogs, all of my close friends are women, from both experience and choice.

background ethnicity: my gran and grandpa on my mothers side are from the emerald isle, my fathers mother was french and my father's father was welsh.

pets: at the moment there is only the four of them. we have our beloved ember, named for her coloring, the licking of flames. buddy is next because, in all honesty, i didn't want my son to yell the first name that came to mind around the house, which was necare. two turtles have we, whom my son has dubbed grandma and grandpa for reasons only he is privy too.

I am a poet of sorts. I have never published anything, solely because I have always lacked the courage and determination to do so at the last minute. I have thousands of pieces lying in notebooks, hard drives, journals and scrap paper.

i was married the 20th of november 2004 in my home at the time of Brockport, New York to Naomi, whom I met over the internet and am happy to report is neither a serial killer nor of the same gender with a really good voice.

I love being a father almost as much as I love being a husband. It has taught me fundamentals that I had forgotten on my negative karma trip though life. I can only hope i handle things as well as my father tried.

My son connor was diagnosed with neo-natal familial seizure disorder at two days of age. he had his first when he was five hours old and he can than me for the genes on that one, or the karma, the jury is still out on it if truth be told.

He is also crippled by a severe and as yet undetermined physical and mental developmental disability that has left him, at nearly three, with the inability to ambulate on his own in any way and he has no method of verbal communication.

My religious and political views are as varied as they are cemented in me. I will discuss them, at length, but a certain amount of, how do you say it, faith? has to be detected in the person i am debating. I love a good debate and have changed my mind on certain things when I have been shown the light.

fave tv: I watch a great deal of the discovery channel and food network. As most people are at least aware of the programs aired on both these networks, i will not list at length. i am a life long jeopardy fan and cannot stand most reality television, there are exceptions to this rule however.

fave movies: v for vendetta, shogun, star wars 1,2,3,4,6, star trek 1-11, the blade trilogy, constantine, the lord of the rings trilogy, the living dead quadrology (soon to be cintology), dark city, hunt for red october, saw 1-4, anything that makes me re-evaluate my life, anything that makes me cry.

dislikes: violence against women of any age, violence against children of any gender, rapists, fundamentalists, right-wing fanatics, any band that sounds remotely like nickleback, nickleback, rusted root, dave matthews band, lack of passion, lack of respect, almost all french canadians, pretend atheists (real ones are fine), anyone who truly believes that you can be agnostic.
