Платье с открытой спинкой - это шик. Только решится на него не каждый.  Платье с кружевной вставкой на спинке - это особый шик. И доступен всем, кто может вязать в стиле филейного вязания.  Мне лично нравится такая форма, потому такие схемки подобрались. Но это кому как нравится, можно и круглые, и треугольные, и квадратные вставки сделать. Да и рисунки не только цветочные использовать.
