Luxury donuts

 
Angielski Version


Luxury because only the yolks. They are really soft, fluffy as they say no ... melt in your mouth :) It is impossible to stop at one! I really want to do. Mardi Gras is coming so this is an opportunity and a great reason to cram donuts, faworkami and other rarities such greasy :) I recommend because it's worth :)
Recipe from the blog My baking but made ​​from the mid-portion 14 donuts :) as for our family is the right one :)

Ingredients (for 14 donuts):

Doughnuts: 
400g/14oz flour (in my 2 and 3/4 cup)
4 egg yolks
¼ cup sugar
1 vanilla sugar (0.28oz/8g) or 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 tablespoon rum
grated zest of ½ lemon

3/4 cup milk (years)
3 teaspoons dry yeast
3 tablespoons of melted butter,
a pinch of salt


Icing:
1 cup powdered sugar
2-3 tablespoons of hot water

Also:
6 tablespoons plum jam or marmalade with rose or your favorite jam
a few tablespoons of chopped nuts to sprinkle
oil for frying (I used vegetable) - about 2 liters


Performance:

Sift the flour. Heat the milk slightly, add the 3 teaspoons yeast, 1 tablespoon sugar and 4 tablespoons of flour, mix well and let stand for 10-15 minutes - it should double in volume. Pour the flour into a bowl, add salt, sugar and zest and mix. Then add the egg yolks, rum and the entire mixture with yeast. Knead the dough at the end by adding the melted butter.

Then remove the lightly floured surface, gently roll and a glass of punch donuts (7-8cm/3inch diameter of the cup). 



Postponed until puffed up. They need to grow up nicely before we fry them.





Heat the oil, and put the donuts. The oil should not be too hot! Doughnuts have a free swim in it. To oil or not to stick, you should add a piece of raw potato or apple :) And as I have to completely burn this piece is to add new :)



Fry for about 2 minutes on each side. Remove the paper towel.




Nadziewać after baking donuts as I have a little przestygną (I've used Wilton tip Bismarck Tip 230 - for filling). Jam or jam may first be heated but this is not necessary.



Prepare glaze by mixing powdered sugar with hot water. Regulate the density of icing sugar or water added. Sugar-coat the donuts and then sprinkle them with chopped nuts (for decoration, optional).


You can also freeze donuts (without icing and nuts) or the next day "heat" in the microwave (20-25 seconds) and once again enjoy them :) But the best part is of course the same day.
