Treble / Double crochet – tr/dc

Row 1: 3 ch miss, 7tr/dc, * 1tr/dc, 15ch, insert hook through two loops of tr/dc, make sl.st (see pictures below), 10 tr/dc; rep from *, 1tr/dc, 15ch, insert hook through two loops of tr/dc, make sl.st, 9tr/dc, turn.

Making a cable

For cable in upward direction just pull upper loop through lower loop (see pictures below).

1. Pattern's loops.

For multicolor pattern change yarn color every two rows.

2. These cables were formed in upward direction.

3. The cable at the middle was formed in downward direction. For downward direction cable pull lower loop through upper loop.

4. These cables were formed on opposite (back) side of pattern. Just pull all loops from front to back and make cables on opposite side.

6. Corrugated pattern: pull every second loop to opposite side of pattern and make cables from both sides.

The pattern is ideal for chunky infinity scarf.
