It was one of those nights where I got out of work and I didn't like the feeling I had within me, so I talked it over with Richard, Albert and Jason about how I didn't wanna go over to Brad's because I had a hunch he might have been drunk.
The other night, which was after work Friday he got drunk and was doing stupid stuff. He even forced me to drink with him and I told him to stop it, he seemed like he wanted me to do all the vices he was involved in. I don't think so buster, I live my own life and you do your own thing.
As far as the job hunt goes, things are looking good for Direct TV. They called me back Friday and yesterday, I returned the call and the guy was about to call me back asked some quick questions about the job (was really nice too, by the way) and of course he told me to come back Wednesday (of course that means tomorrow) for the interview at 1:30.
Things could not have worked out better as they have already. I found out yesterday the schedule they gave me at Alorica was from 2:30-11:45 with Tue, Wed off. I told my supervisor that that schedule wouldn't work out, because my college was at nights, so that way I can get more sleep for college; of course Melody understood completely where I was coming from.
I am going to wait and see how things go with Direct TV tomorrow, if things go as planned and I get hired and can start either Monday or a week from this Monday I'll just do that and put in a short notice at my job, so I don't have to talk to Don, the site director about why I have have to have days at Alorica.
On the other note, I went to University of Phoenix yesterday to talk to them about starting college after here, tuition is just as expensive over there as it is here. After I talked to them, I talked to NSU BA and the career counselor over there recommended OSU Tulsa/Stillwater since they don't offer what I needed at either the Tahlehquah campus or at the BA campus.
She said I would probably save about 200-300 dollars per class and it would be a major university, everyone agrees that that would be the smart way out of the deal, rather then spending more money at University of Phoenix and not actually be well recognized as OSU is.
I'll let you know more as things happen, just keep in touch 2 know what happens in my life...
