Группа Mott состояла из музыкантов, оставшихся от Mott The Hoople после ухода Хантера и Ронсона в свободное плавание в 1974 году, нового вокалиста Найджела Бенджамина и нового гитариста Рэя Мэйджорса.

Второе и более известное название песни - Career, но ее главный соавтор был против ("с какого переляду они ее так назвали?").  Меня всегда трогало, как эта песня отражает не очень удачную судьбу Mott The Hoople и Mott - по иронии, на самом деле стихи написал вокалист группы, пришедший на место Хантера ближе к концу истории и записавший с ней только 2 альбома (т.е. засланный казачок, а не основной участник группы)

С альбома Рика Уэйкмэна (Rick Wakeman) Cost of Living (1983). Поэму Томаса Грея (Thomas Gray) Элегия на сельском кладбище (Elegy written in a country churchyard) читает Роберт Пауэлл (Robert Powell). Наиболее сильное впечатление вещь произвела после просмотра "Иисуса из Назарета" с Пауэллом в главной роли.
