Jacqueline Osborn is a full time painter who lives and works in the San Francisco Bay Area. She was born and raised in London, England and completed her art studies there. She moved to America and had a long and successful career as an illustrator on the national scene. Her work has been featured in many publications. She started painting full time about ten years ago and is enjoying a very long and successful career.
