Back from the desert since yesterday. Two weeks in the rocks and sands and poverty of coastal, central Peru. Two good weeks, except for the diarrhyia and sunburn. Exploration is good but exhausting. Why do I even write this here?! I should write my friends some emails...

Is it summer?

Yesterday it was deepest winter, today, almost summer. Spring for sure. Just 2 days and the snow was gone, the temperature rose almost 20 degress, falling snow has changed tp rain, grey skies to warm sun. Amazing.

Finally! The sun starts to feel like spring again! Warm, hot, bright on the sky. Reflecting on the still white covered fields and streets. There is no more to write. :)

Time to dream.

....wow! I found my new favorite website that will definitly keep me busy reading for days. http://www.cocktailscout.de/ is almost better than actually drinking the stuff, reading is, right now, way more fun really. Good thing I got only water and juice at home now. I'd miss my lectures otherwise. Yet, drinking alone won't be fun so I will wait for good company. On the otherhand, we might just keep reading this all night....

...I know exactly what it would be today. To "wish you were here". You are not. Yet, one day, you will be. I do not think anyone cares, except you - and me of course. Life sucks but not in the way most others think it does. It doesn't. At least not like that. Chances not realised, chances not hold tight and used do - and chances presented but without the means to take it. To hold and never let go again.

There are two types of dreamers. The majority, those who dream at night, and the few, those who dream during the day. The first unlikely to achieve something worth itm the later will make their dreams reality.

I dream during the day.

Surely something must be wrong with the weather. It started snowing sometime last night and until now it has become at least 10 to 12cm of snow and it hasn't stopped snowing ever since. Such a nice, white blanket of peace covers all the land, gras and trees. The cars are ruining it; turning it into brown dirt. What a shame.

Ahhh...the awful weather! I want to run to a more pleasent place than a cold room and a rainy outside. Perhaps it is the right time to spend the days sleeping like the animals...

Anyways, the snow is still there. All over. Someone ringing at the door - time for te snow fight.

Snow! Everywhere, in early November! An unseen rarity for my place! Amazing. Going to have a snow-fight, building snowman and snowwoman. If snow wouldn't be so cold I could think of many other things, too, one could do with it...

Still here. My Russian does not get better. A fault of the Spanish. I am in Peru. A very different place for me. Too much spiritual sensation, history and art or culture. I rather stay in Lima than go to Cuzco again. Tourists world really. It hurts to be overwhelmed by so much history. It is annoying to be blond here. In the beginning it was funny but by now it is getting on my nervs. I'd much rather be someplace else far far away on some opposit side of the world...
