   And for what purpose I have got a need to keep some records? I’ll try to explain. Sum up all your eating, sleeping, drinking and you get the opportunity to control and if necessary to change your lifestyle. Or you’ll get the obsession neurosis. My struggle against cholesterol began when I got the results of some blood tests. I had put them here. Up to this weird moment I lived innocently in a peaceful bliss.

Step 1:
Place one knee and the matching hand on the bench.
Step 2:
Keeping a straight back, make sure hips and shoulders are level.
Step 3:
Place the opposite leg out to the side to stabilize.
Step 4:
Tuck the elbow in close to the trunk.
Step 5:
Wrist straight, draw the dumbbell towards the outside of the abdomen, with a sawing action.

         Alas, buddies, we have got a misfortune, so lets put a guestion: why the venerable age is so nasty? The medical science asserts that the old age begins from 60 years. Up to this age it is a maturity or ripeness. The old age is so nasty (I believe) because every day you find some new losses in the capacities and potentialities  of the body and mind. Although, if we look intently, all is relative. I, for example, in my thirtees and fourtees could not lift 80 kg and on the third km of jog-trot fizzled out completly. The swimming was my strong feature always. I crossed Eupatorian Bay in raw weather. The distance is about 5 km. But now, alas! I am too squeamish to swim in the common pool. Finnish Gulf is full with excrements. The lakes were hurdled by  new Russians bitches. I cant visit warm seas frequently, so I came on the hard land.

         The conclusion we can draw of my educated speech - we have to make some inventory of our organism with all possible tests. Then we have a choice: to begin hard drinking or to start hard training.
