However, more and more people are using it.

The essence of separate food

The secrets of separate nutrition lie in the quality and quality of products. Its main essence is the compatibility of the food consumed. Separate meals can help you lose weight.

For healthy digestion, you need to know about the combination in food. With the right combination of fats, proteins and carbohydrates, the body will be saturated with nutrients and the intestines will be cleansed of toxins. Thus, you can get rid of unnecessary harmful substances. But for this you need to familiarize yourself in detail with the principles of separate nutrition and full compatibility of products, which will be discussed below.

 

 

Separate meals: basic principles

 

In more detail, the system of separate nutrition was presented to modern society by the naturologist Herbert McGolfin Shelton. The aim of his work was to establish natural hygiene, including nutrition.

For the effectiveness of separate nutrition when losing weight, the following basic principles should be observed:

  • Nutrients such as fats, proteins and carbohydrates must be combined for digestion. Fats are neutral, combined with proteins and carbohydrates. But carbohydrates with proteins cannot be combined in any case.
  • Products should be simple. Namely, one-component meals are much easier for the body to absorb.
  • A certain time must pass from one meal to another - at least 2 hours. The digestive tract must prepare for the following meals, especially when it comes to the intake of proteins - carbohydrates.
  • There are also foods that can be eaten with a separate meal, but separate from the main meal. This is milk, watermelon, melon. They promote weight loss and the elimination of unnecessary substances from the body, and should be consumed 20 minutes before or after meals.

Remember these simple rules, and your weight loss will be more productive.

 

Food compatibility with separate meals

The main principle of separate nutrition is, first of all, product compatibility. All foods can be consumed, but only individually or in combination with the permissible values.

  • Main foods meat and fish should be eaten with vegetables, herbs, buckwheat.
  • Pulses are ideally combined with light fats: cream, sour cream, vegetable oil, as well as herbs and vegetables.
  • Sweets. It is necessary to limit their use, except for honey. Under the influence of sugar, fermentation occurs, and this leads to food rotting, gas formation and other bad processes.
  • Bread, cereals, potatoes. Differently carbohydrates. Without these products, more than one meal is practically not complete. These products should not be used in combination with animal proteins.

 

 

 

 

  • Sour fruits, tomatoes. You can also add berries here. Tomatoes are in this group because they contain acid. These positions should not be combined with protein and starchy ones.
  • Sweet fruits, dried fruits. They are best consumed 20 minutes before meals. And, preferably, not to combine with anything. But, if you want to add something to them, then they can be combined with fermented milk products, herbs. Dried fruits are best used homemade. There is no harmful processing in them, as in the store.

 

 

 

 

  • Vegetables can be categorized as starchy and non-starchy. They go well with all products, only in the second group of vegetables interaction with sugar is not desirable. From this, strong fermentation is formed during the reaction.
  • Milk. A very valuable and useful product. It helps babies from birth to grow, develop, consume nutrients. This product is strictly used separately.
