Composition of DoppelSil 25mg sildenafil:

Application:
DoppelSil 25 mg indicated for use in the treatment of erectile dysfunction in adult men (over 18 years of age). Erectile dysfunction is defined as the inability to obtain or maintain a penile erection that is sufficient for sexual activity.

Additional information:

Contraindications:
Do not use in case of hypersensitivity to any component of the drug. Do not use in men who use drugs from the nitrate group, drugs and agents releasing nitric oxide. Do not use in men who are taking riociguat. Do not use in case of severe heart or liver disease. Do not use in men who have recently had a heart attack or stroke. Do not use in case of low blood pressure. Do not use in the presence of hereditary degenerative changes in the retina (e.g. retinitis pigmentosa). Do not use when there is ever a history of visual loss due to non-arteritic anterior ischemic optic neuropathy.

Side effects:

Dosage of chewing and life sildenafil tablets DoppelSil 25mg:

Use as directed by your doctor or as directed on the leaflet. The recommended daily dose: 25 mg (1 tablet). Use once a day. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose, do not use more than once a day. Take about 60 minutes before planned sexual activity. Crush the tablet, chew it and then swallow it. For an erection, sexual stimulation is required. It usually takes around 30-60 minutes to start working, but a heavy meal or alcohol consumption may delay its effect. If you have the impression that the drug is too strong or too weak, consult your doctor. If, after using the drug, you did not get an erection, or its duration was not long enough for you to have intercourse, consult your doctor.

Please do not use the vaginal tablets if you are known to be hypersensitive to the active ingredient clotrimazole or to other ingredients that you can find in the package insert.

You should also contact a doctor if
• you have had a fungal infection more than four times in the last year or
• Symptoms such as abdominal pain, back pain, bad smelling vaginal discharge, nausea or vaginal bleeding - often in connection with shoulder pain or a very high fever (at least 38 degrees Celsius) - occur.
