If you want to lose weight, replace two meals a day with an Almased shake.
50 g of Almased powder are dissolved in 200 ml of water. Please add 2 teaspoons (6 g) of vegetable oil with a lot of unsaturated fatty acids (e.g. rapeseed, soy or walnut oil). It is necessary to follow the preparation instructions as Almased is not a complete food.
Care must be taken to ensure sufficient daily fluid intake.
The Almased diet only fulfills the intended purpose in the context of a low-calorie diet. Other foods must be part of this diet.
