Silymarine ® liver protection is used for the supportive treatment of various forms of chronic inflammatory liver diseases, liver cirrhosis and toxic liver damage. The liver is a central organ of digestion. It bears the brunt of detoxifying the body and produces the bile needed for fat digestion. Silymarin is a flavonoid complex made from the fruits of the milk thistle. It has properties that protect the liver and promote the healing of liver diseases. It protects the liver cells from the penetration of damaging cell toxins and promotes the regenerative capacity of the liver cells. The drug is also suitable for long-term use.

SANHELIOS Silymarine liver protection unless otherwise prescribed, adults and adolescents from 12 years of age take 1 hard capsule (milk thistle fruit extract equivalent to 255 mg silymarin) 3 times a day with sufficient liquid.
