Художница или волшебница? — Одри Кавасаки

Синтез американской и японской культуры, легкий эротизм, загадочность, мягкие колористические движения, точность рисунка, резкие графические изображения всё это можно сказать о роботах японской художницы Одри Кавасаки (Audrey Kawasaki). Эта молодая художницародилась 31 марта 1982 в семье этнических японцев в Лос-Анжелесе, но, не смотря на американское окружение, училась она в японской школе, слушала японскую музыку, смотрела японские каналы и с самого детства очень любила мангу. Именно последняя оказала на Одри большое влияние, точнее на её творчество.

Живописи Одри обучалась в Пратт-Институте (Нью-Йорк). Свои работы талантливая художница выполняет на деревянных листах, именно они в сочетании с техникой письма темперой притягивают взгляды даже самых неосведомленных в современном искусстве людей. Девушки на картинах показаны очень соблазнительными, тревожными, таинственными, эротичными, но в тоже время невинными. От работ Одри исходит колоссальное тепло и интенсивная энергия. Её работы прпитаны воздухом меланхолии. Стиль Одри Кавасаки можно описать как сочетание японской манга и Арт-Нуво. Даже то, что в её картинах присутствуют вещи, которые абсолютно не сочитаются друг с другом, например скелет птички вместо заколки в волосах девушки, не отталкивает, а, наоборот, притягивает взгляд. Её работы действительно можно назвать волшебными, так как, увидев хотя бы одну картину, человек, как заворожённый может долго рассматривать её, пока не изучит каждую деталь.

Как красиво! Уже кажется, что всё нарисовано, все жанры и стили использованы.но нет.. Человеческая фантазия неисчерпаема.

Лантра, а меня еще впечатлила стоимость ее досочек. Я для примера привела стоимость некоторых: самая дорогая досочка 2011 года размером 60х60см продана была за 13 000 долларов, а бумажная, вручную "вырезная" картинка ушла за 3 500 долларов. Мне кажется, что стоимость работ 2012 года на порядок больше. Но, возможно я ошибаюсь. Правда, когда посмотришь, как она в респираторе трудится над этими досками, то понимаешь, что труд не из легких. Спасибо за внимание.

Стоимость, конечно, впечатляет. но всё познаётся в сравнении и даже не с другими художниками. А платья, сшитые известными портными по 30- ть тысяч долларов и дороже?
