-74 y/o white female with PMH of borderline hypertension, pseudo seizures, stated diabetes with 5 stated hypoglycemic episodes, stated CHF and multiple stated strokes with stated left sided hemiparesis. Presents to clinic for a follow up complaining of periumbilical abdominal pain for 5 days, non radiating, no nausea vomiting, no diarrhea or constipation, no blood. Also lumbar area pain radiating to then neck. Both complaints: Pain is 10 out of 10 and sharp not relieved by anything and everything makes it worse. Surgical hx: TAH BSO, appendectomy, lapcholy, left hip replacement. ROS: everything is painful from head to toes. On physical everything is normal but subjective complaints on every test. Ambulates with a walker but had no difficulty getting on the examining table and off it. There is only appendectomy scar noted.
-What is your plan?
-Psychiatric evaluation consultation, I mean refer her to Psychiatric clinic.

There is no sense of being impolite and use foul language. It seems that you have forgotten classical mechanics that you have studied so hard in high school and had to cover in college from which you claim you have graduated. We are here to help with your technical difficulties.

As you may know velocity (V) = V0 +at where V0 is initial velocity, we assume that it is 0, a is acceleration and t is time. Using classical mechanics and well known Newton's Second Law a = F/m so to increase acceleration you need to apply stronger Force or decrease the mass of the computer; however we strongly suggest that you refrain from disassembling your working station without professional supervision of YOUR IT department. So the only way to increase acceleration is to increase the applied Force, in other words: PUSH HARDER!
