round 1:12dc

round2: 24dc
round 3: 36dc
round 4: 2dc 4chain leaving a stich space 2dc in every third stitch repeat 12 times sl st to close
collage of all rounds
round 4 close up
completed Round 4 should look like this.....
attach yarn here for round 5
Round 5: Attach 5th colour wool in between the set of 4 dc of the row below and do 8dc over the chain loop sl st to close the round and complete the flower

 

 
I used a join as you go method during the the 5th round to join the flowers together
I also used TWO DIFFERENT Round 2's for the Noo Noo blanket
1: was 12 dc with a chain between each dc
2: was 24 dc, 2dc in each stitch
