How do I feel?
Excited, scared, curious.

I am getting ready.
Since its my first post, have to add that I passed my ASVAB , got only 37 points, but was happy to get even that, since my English wished me the best :)

I got 68Delta, which is Operating Room Specialist. Nov 12th will be shipped to BCT (Basic Combat Training) 2014.

I am 28 y.o, from Ukraine originally, lived in states for about 6 years now.
Why I joined? Big question. So many answers.
I joined because...
... my soul is for some reason leaning to it
... I DO want to serve the country I am in love with
... I want to build career in the Army
... I want my son to be proud of what his mommy is doing
... I want to learn to do all these things that I will be taught (Basic combat and so on)
... I do not like a \"sitting jobs\", where I have to be always in the office.
... I love working out
... I love helping people.
... and there are much more reasons. I just can\'t think of all of them.

For this very moment I can do
~ 20 to 25 pushups in 2 minutes,
~ 60 to 80 situps in 2 minutes,
~ 2 mile run in 19 minutes & 40 seconds.
~ 4 to 5 pull ups (even though that is not required by the Army)

Still working on all that. Every day or at least every other day.
