OPEN LETTER (COMPLAINT)

I, Shuhratjon Ahmadjonov, due to strong persecution and the threat will emerge personal life, I at night on Oct. 12, 2008 secretly moved from Tashkent. October 13, 2008 arrived in Bishkek (the capital of Kyrgyzstan). Few make money and bought myself some clothes; Nov. 4, 2008 arrived in Almaty (Kazakhstan). There are staff representative United Nations High Commissioner for Refugees, I have registered as "a person seeking asylum, and in February 23, 2009 - "refugee".

Representatives the Government of the U.S. have decided to give me a political asylum in the U.S. Therefore I have arrived on January, 21st, 2010 to the USA, in the city of Boise for disposal in the International Rescue Committee (IRC).

I take this opportunity to thank the people of the United States, the U.S. President Barack Obama and the U.S. government, as well as the United Nations High Commissioner for Refugees and the International Rescue Committee for giving political asylum.

Unfortunately, provocations and prosecution have begun literally with the first day of my arrival in Boise. These surveillance and harassment continued for more than two years, to this day - February 9, 2012. I about it have written 12 articles (see [1]-[12]).

Me July 28, 2010 on the first day of work in the U.S. at 1.5 hours unreasonably sacked from my jobs. I wrote about this in detail in my article in the Uzbek language, entitled "Қ 1,5 ғқ " ("Provocation in the U.S. associated with a 1.5 hour job"), which was published on September 10, 2010 at www.yangidunyo.com (see [1]).

I in October, 2010 about it have written the complaint and have sent the leadership of the organization Experience Works. The text of this complaint has been published in mine to article October 29, 2011 on a site www.yangidunyo.com under the name ( 1) (Me continues persecuted in the U.S. (part 1)) (see [2]).

On the basis of this complaint, November 2, 2010 from California arrived Stephanie Cabral - State Director California and Idaho. Has taken place 45-minute discussion between me, Stephanie Cabral and Lloyd Villamson the head (Supervisor) of branch in Boise Experience Works.

Following this discussion, I have in November 23, 2010 took a job at Trade Organization Thrift Stores Locations. I there repaired electrical household appliances and electrical devices. More than 7 months I worked normally and almost without remarks. And on July, 12th, 2011 the head of this trading organisation Mardi Kline within half-day me has discharged from office. [2]

Me July, 12th, 2011 the second time have illegally and unreasonably discharged from office. This time I August, 17th, 2011 the written complaint have addressed in the Idaho Human Rights Commission.

THE COVERING LETTER

I, Shuhratjon Ahmadjonov, in this Covering letter will try to briefly explain the reasons for the lateness (delay) and I will result the table of contents this 125-page written answer.

I have written on August, 17th, 2011 the written complaint to a wrongful dismissal from work in Idaho Human Rights Commission. A copy of the written answer Mardi Kline-Barr on September, 25th, 2011 has received.

I'm three times - October 31, November 9 and November 30, 2011 have in writing addressed in Idaho Human Rights Commission with the request to give an extra time for completion this of the written response. It is appropriate to list the reasons for the delay of my written response.

First, I have tried to answer Mardi Kline's objections thoroughly on paragraphs with the appendix of corresponding documents.

Secondly, the basic text of the answer amounted enough the big volume: in Russian amounted to 24 pages (there are text Mardi Kline letter's in English), and the basic text of the answer has in English made 21 pages.

Third, the basic text of the response must be well translated into English. Such translation quality has demanded from me the big work and time. Honestly, I did not expect: translation will demand so many work and time.

Fourthly, my computer and my correspondence through e-mails constantly are supervised some by "unknown employees and they sometimes meddle to my letters, correspondence and article's.

In my home computer I have installed protective program NORTON (for a one-year use I am payed more than 84 dollars). On my computer (system) unknown people, apparantly employees of special services, are loaded through the web browser, they keep track of my activities on the computer and probably informed to the third parties (possible informs in the Uzbek special services). At occurrence of such and similar threat Norton 360 informs and on the computer screen appears warning words of red color with instructions of level of danger.

I July 6, 2011 at occurrence of such a warning opened and looked at details of the threat. It has appeared: in my computer through the web browser was loaded, and my data illegally was watched 71 (!) "unknown employees. The list of theirs e-mails if necessary I can provide the Idaho Human Rights Commission.

Fifthly, these unknown employees in my English text sometimes replaced by a few words, and thus strongly distorts the content; sometimes introduces in the text in English provocative insulting words. I will result one example.

I in Statement of the Idaho Human Rights Commission from October 31, 2011 wrote so:

I August 17, 2011 a written complaint for illegal dismissal appealed Idaho Human Rights Commission. September 25, 2011 received a copy of the written response Mardi Kline-Barr.

In this paragraph the unknown employee, supervising my computer, after words Mardi Kline-Barr has added a word virus and has been written so: Mardi Kline-Barr-virus.

The autumn of 1974 I for the first time defended the rights of fellow students of our university: I am wrote a complaint and collected signatures of 21 fellow students, then send to the Ministry of Higher Education of Uzbekistan. In 1974 all our requirements have been satisfied.

For the past of 37 years of mine of remedial activity employees of power structures against me used the most various ways, including provocative methods. Therefore I have a habit to check and recheck my own the letters and statements. Thanks to such repeated check I have found out this a provocative word virus, and October 31, 2011 his has deleted from the text of the statement.

Sixthly, for the purpose of maintenance of check of the translated text in English I did the following additional work: after translate of each paragraph I rewrited the text in English and Russian on the big general a writing-book. Thus, I rewrote in big a writing-book all 21-page English text and the 24-page Russian text, and also the 2 pages list of "Appendix" and the 4-page text "Covering letter".

But I such big work couldn't make with texts in 13 Appendices. Therefore in case of occurrence of questions and indignation in the text in English, please read the relevant paragraphs in the Russian-language text.

Because of possible distortion of texts in English I append also texts in Russian.

Seventh, I live in Boise with January 21, 2010. With February 2010 I notice: some people conduct surveillance for me, and till now continue to watch, also without my consent, many times photographed on a mobile phone. I the fair person, human rights activist, freelance journalist and accustomed to live in frameworks of laws. I have no fear from such shadowing.

In April 2010 I bought a bicycle and rode around the city. Thereby I am saving money which earlier spent for journey to the bus. But some people continued to follow and often pierced camera my bike. From April 2010 to January 2011 about a hundred times (!) pierced my bike. I repaired and continued to ride.

January 7, 2011 near a supermarket WinCO FOOD (Fairview Road and Milwaukee Street) malefactor once again pierced my camera and rearranged my bike turned 180 degrees. Considering that on this place there is video the chamber of a supermarket, I by phone has caused police. But police officers haven't organized with me joint viewing of a video tape, shooted by this videocamera.

I'm on this problem in February 2011 filed a complaint with the mayor of Boise, April 5, 2011 I met and talked to Senator Idaho Elliot Werk, Representative Bill Killen and Representative Sue Chew. April 6, 2011 I received a response letter from the Chief of Boise Police Michael F.Masterson. But videotapes from January, 7th, 2011 so to me also havent shown.

On October, 16th, 2011 have stolen my bicycle. I by phone 911 have called police. My bicycle isn't found till today - on December, 15th, 2011.

Because of theft of my bicycle after October, 16th, 2011 I traveled by bus. In Boise the majority buses go: from 06:15 on 08:45 hours with a 30-minute interval, from 08:45 till 15:15 - with a 60-minute interval, and from 15:15 till 18:45 - with a 30-minute interval. Therefore a lot of time I lost on a trip for work and in shop WinCO FOOD behind products. And had to reach for work and in a supermarket changing two buses there and two buses back.

Because of the unexpected stealing my bicycle and spending a lot of time on the road, I could not keep within the appointed term of the answer - the end of November 2011.

Eighthly, I am in my statement of November 30, 2011 promised to provide a written response on December 7-9, 2011. I usually work Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday for 6 hours. Due to the Christmas holidays our office AgroFarm Create Common Good for two weeks - from December 17, 2011 to January 1, 2012 will be closed. For these the two week holiday we should in addition work out 6 days. Chiefs AgroFarm decided to make the working day on Monday 5 and 12 December, Friday 9 and 16 December 2011 (still two days we will working in the beginning of 2012). As a result I had no possibility of work on this written answer on December 5 and 9. And this circumstance to me hasn't given possibility to give the given written answer till December, 9th, 2011.

For these reasons I with 13 appendices give the written answer today - on December, 16th, 2011.

I August 17, 2011 a written complaint for illegal dismissal appealed in Idaho Human Rights Commission. September 25, 2011 received a copy of the written response Mardi Kline-Barr.

1. Mardi Kline writes: Shuhratjon started job training at the Society of St. Vincent de Paul on 11/23/10; this training was made possible through the Experience Works Program. 2. Mardi Kline writes: Participant was fitting in well; he worked right next to another gentleman from the Experience Works Program, which also spoke Shuhratjon's native language. It was nice to know that if Shuhratjon had any questions, we could communicate through an in house translator and Shuhratjon's Russian dictionary.

This is another deception and lies Mardi Kline! She has in mind here Dusko. Dusko on Uzbek and Russian know almost nothing. He can say a few words in common Slavic language.

It is easy to check: ask the Idaho Human Rights Commission to establish a commission of Idaho (group) and check the level of knowledge of Russian Dusko. He even speaks English with difficulty, not well. Dusko may not work as a translator. So do not call Dusko translator, and do not write false.

3. Next Mardi Kline wrote: There were a few times that a question would arise or Shuhratjon needed a little extra guidance, and we were able to work through these times with ease. Mardi wrote about Tursunbai Utamuradov (born in 1955, a refugee from Uzbekistan, in August 2009 moved to Boise, an disabled, his leg was broken in January 2009 in Almaty (Kazakhstan), receives a disability pension).

Perhaps Tursunbai Utamuradov can give against me wrong and defamatory statements. Therefore I here will write some data about it.

I met him November 7, 2008 in Almaty. I November 7, 2008 wrote statement to the UNHCR to grant refugee status. I lived for a week with him; I realized that if I would be live alone in another apartment, I would be safe. Therefore I November 14, 2008 moved to another apartment and monthly was paid at 90-100 dollars for the rent of one room.

I January 21, 2010 at 23.00 hours on a plane landed in Boise. At the airport I was met by Tursunbai Utamuradov, another refugee from Uzbekistan (he lived with him) and Robiou Manzo (Resettlement Program Specialist, Tel. 208-344-1792; Fax: 208-344-1795. Rabiou.Manzo@theIRC.org ; he is my case manager of the International Rescue Committee - IRC).

T. Utamuradov and his partner invited me to live with them in one apartment. I was the third tenant in a two-bedroom rented apartment.

From the first day - evening January 21, 2010 began a provocation against me. I was patient.

On the sixth day - January 27, 2010 I came to the IRC. I Robiou Manzo told about these two provocators and asked to transfer me to another apartment. (Robiou Manzo was born in Niger (Africa), as a refugee lived 5 years in Ukraine and one year in Russia. Therefore, it is the only employee of IRC in Boise knows the Russian language.)

Tursunbai and his team-mate provocations against me continued. I started writing a complaint about provocations these two.

Robiou Manzo me another apartment offered only February 26, 2010 and I moved the same day. I wrote in my complaint about the points of 17 types of provocation applied Tursunbai and his partner against me for these 35 days. A complaint about provocations by 26 pages. I gave this complaint Robiou Manzo on February 26, a director of IRC Boise - March 1, 2010.

Tursunbai Utamuradov March 8, 2011 has come to our shop and it started working next to me. Mardi Klin asked me to help him in his work. I am about the provocations Tursunbai said anything. But I Tursunbai warned: to ask questions only about the work.

A few more days pass. March 23, 2010 Tursunbai once asked me a provocative question about my wife and marriage. I got marry in 1980, in the same year in November a son was born, and in May 1982 had to divorce his wife. After that, I'm not marry and live alone.

I replied: "What is your business about my wife and marriage? Why interference in my personal life? I about your wife does not speak and do not discuss." After that I no gave him my hand.

He is in conversation with me, say: money is waiting for his labor, but for some reason he did not send pay check. Tursunbai not getting not a single dollar for his work, he worked somewhere before the end of April 2011.

Perhaps Tursunbai was needed some employee's special services: first, for the dissemination bad information about me place in my work; and secondly, to further perjury in the case of my complaints about illegal actions of leaders.

Dear Sirs!

I September 22, 2010 received a letter from Mrs. Sonya Spenser-Johnson. In response to this letter, I decided to write to you with a complaint against a very low level of some members of Experience Works from the department in Boise.

April 5, 2010 in Internetional Rescue Committee (IRC) I was introduced to members of Experience Works (EW) of the department in Boise supervisor Lloyd Williamson and Coordinator of Employment and Training Gerry Autry (in the future - from a letter I have received a Mardi Klein September 25, 2011 reveals that his real name John Jackson, therefore, the text of the complaint in below its name changed to John Jackson, A.Sh., 11/07/2011). They said that the U.S. government funded program for the Senior Community Service Employment Program (SCSEP), and that EW obtaining finance from this program to help find jobs for people over 55 years.

John Jackson told me that I need to sign 25 documents. When the signed documents to 5-6, I asked him to give me a copy of these documents. He said that today can not do it. But he promised the next day to send copies of the documents via fax. They asked about my previous file workplace, my range of interests, knowledge of Computers and the Internet and many other similar issues. My responses recorded in the questionnaires and asked to sign. I signed it.

April 28, 2010 in the IRC met John Jackson. I said hello and asked about the copies of the documents. He did not even think to ask for an apology for being late to send copies of documents. He said: "You may sign it in the 8-10 documents, and then I will send you copies of all together."

Note: between employer to work, then there is a store manager, Robert G. (Robert G.) and myself - went to work was not signed an employment contract or a list of works entrusted. Beside him were a lot of boxes not sold and rejected items. He said that these things have to throw in the inner container and sweep the yard.

I am for 1.5 hours threw things into the interior of the container and swept the yard. The director was in the room. I said that I finished. Director Robert G. said something to one of the workers. Worker accompanied me into the inner room and wanted to give me a mop and bucket. I told him: "I am no wash floor" (I wash the floors will not.")

He went into the hall and told the Director about my refusal. I have come for the workers. So I told the Director: "I am no wash floor, no clean toilet. It is no contract. Other jobs please "(I'm not going to wash floors, clean the toilet. It is not in the contract. Other works, please"). After all, we are about this Director did not agree, the agreement did not constitute a copy of the contract and he did not give me.

Director Robert G. thought for a moment and said something in English. Then he went into his office. He's in Computer printed words in English and using a translator to translate into Russian. While he wrote in the computer, I called in the IRC case manager to Robiou Manzo and said that the work has developed a non-standard situation.

Robert G. printed on paper and gave me. It was written as follows: "Take the rest of today off. I need to speak with experience works". At the bottom of the paper, this phrase was written in Russian: . .

I could not argue or debate with the Director, Robert G. So I said, "O'kay" and in the back room put on his shirt, picked up his bag and went home.

I have come on August, 4th, 2010 to office Experiense Works to talk with John Jackson. Greeted each other. Between us began the discussion. I asked to write down on paper his words. He began to write. At the end of our conversation, I asked permission to take these 4 sheets of paper with him (I have attached a copy of the complaint, See Appendix 11, A.Sh., 11/07/2011).

John Jackson: "In work place everybody needs to help. Bathrooms need to be cleaned. I clean bathrooms here."

I said, "Between employers and job seekers a man should be awarded the contract. It should consist of 10-15 items written in one or two pages. These paragraphs should be listed: the employee must do what works. The employer must inform and both must sign under this contract. In this case there will be misunderstandings. Director of such a contract I did not show and did not give." (I used a dictionary and said in English.)

John Jackson: "Sometimes jobs or work will be expected that is not in a contract. Boss expects assignments to be completed".

I said, "To not have arisen misunderstandings should still be a contract."

John Jackson: "Will you refuse assignment if it is not written?"

I answered verbally. Here, John Jackson asked me to write on paper.

I wrote: "Boss can ordered all, any, anyone: to wash floor, clean toilet, kill men" ("Boss can to order (to command, A.Sh.) all, any, anyone: to wash floor, clean toilet, kill men") and orally in English added:"I don't killer".

John Jackson: "If you are part of the crew those jobs are part of your duties written or not. Many jobs have move duties that are not in contract".

I said, "I think: both parties must agree and sign a contract."

John Jackson wrote: "Do you refuse to clean toilets at work? Why?" (You refuse to clean the toilet at work, why?") And turned the paper in my direction.

I wrote: "To clean toilets have (to work) individual women. It is women and boss have (to make up, A.Sh., 28.10.2011) contract: cleans toilet, floor to wash. It is woman be named a charwomen" (I emphasized the word charwomen.)

John Jackson not knowing how to respond once again began to write on behalf of all of America.

John Jackson wrote: "In America men clean toilets and wash floors for a job" and write (set) point.

John Jackson words of all men of America - it is not in any framework. So I verbally said a beautiful sentence.

I asked the question: "Are you saying that all American men are cleaning toilets at work. The U.S. president also cleans the toilet in the White House?"

John Jackson could not answer and began to stammer.

At this time there was an interesting case: it turns out Lloyd Williamson - Head of John Jackson sat in an adjoining room and listened to our conversation. He heard my speech about the American President, with rapid steps walked towards us. He approached me on the left side, and began loudly and nervously to speak English. I turned to him and said, "Excuse me, you talk too fast. I can not understand your words. Please write on paper your spoken words."

John Jackson realized that his last words were not too correct. I'm still talking to Lloyd V., he introduced an amendment, he starting point posed at the end, put a dash and added two words: "- honest work".

Lloyd W. said: "My words he wrote". John Jackson started to write some words adjusting boss. Lloyd W. said a few words and went to his office.

John Jackson on behalf of his boss wrote the following words: "Only certain jobs are you qualified for because of lack of language. When you learn English and job experience is more then you can have better job - but now to earn money you may have to clean toilets as part of a job".

I began to translate the text with dictionary writing on the same sheet of paper.

John Jackson the paper wrote the following words: "This is America, not Russia. Here cleaning toilets is honorable work".

I'm reading these words, said: "I'm not from Russia, and from Uzbekistan, I - Uzbek." He took the paper from my hand, struck out the word "Russia", wrote the above "Uzbekistan" and gave me the paper.

I wrote: "If honorable work → (let the, 28.10.2011) boss to clean" (here I do not remember the words in the English and put the arrow).

John Jackson wrote: "He cleans ↔ you clean - both clean" (it is as I drew an arrow, but directed in both directions).

I said: "Having lived for many years but have never seen that the head of a public toilet cleaning."

John Jackson wrote the following on paper: "No toilet - no job. It is part of the job.

I said, "If God permit, I have my two university degrees earn his daily bread without washing floors and cleaning toilets."

John Jackson asked about my age. I replied: "56 years". He wrote: "I am 57. I clean toilet. You are too proud and stubborn".

I wrote: "Every men solve, decide self" (Every man decides, decides on their own") and added orally: "to clean toilet or other job" (clean toilets or do other work.")

Our discussion ended. John Jackson I gave 4 sheets of paper on which he wrote during the debate, and two page text "The Janitor". I thanked him.

I turned to the woman sitting in this room, once again asked for an apology saying, "I am sorry" and said goodbye.

I attach to the complaint 4 sheets of paper received from John Jackson (see Appendix 11, 10/30/2011).

Some final thoughts.

1. I believed the staff Experience Works office in Boise manager Lloyd Williamson and Coordinator of Employment and Training John Jackson lost precious time from April 5 to August 4, 2010. My faith and respect for America and Americans was high. It turns out in the U.S., there are people similar to John Jackson and Lloyd Williamson: they are indifferent to their duties and looking bad. I am to this day I remain unemployed.

2. I think: work duration of 1.5 hours of July 28, 2010 - is an organized provocation against me. The absence of a contract, without explanation of my responsibilities in the workplace and not giving it to me a written version of the lead to a violation of my right to work. Executive Director Robert Gillespie asked me to work not stipulated in the contract and mutual agreement.

3. If the staff offices in Boise organization Experience Works can not find jobs for refugees except washing floors and cleaning toilets, the name Office in Boise, you should rename to "The Work of Cleaning Floors", or "Cleaning the Toilet" ("The Work of Cleaning the Toilet", 28/10/2011).

4. Employee Experience Works John Jackson and resettlement programm specialist IRC Rabiou Manzo told me several times: I have by cleaning toilets and washing floors earn the trust of Americans. The staff of the United Nations High Commissioner for Refugees, as well as responsible persons designated by the U.S. Government more than one year check each refugee, including me. Only after this check was given asylum in the United States. Is it not enough for some bureaucrats in Boise? The most negativity and abusiveness in the fact that we - the refugees by cleaning toilets and washing floors is to win the trust of these and similar bureaucrats.

5. In order to avoid various misunderstandings between employers and job seekers refugee status, they must sign a contract of employment or a list of specific types of work. Because of this refugee, job seekers and not yet knowing the laws of the United States knows: what is its responsibility in the new workplace, industry or institution. Only in this case will be known: the head of what kinds of work does not have a right to command due to lack of entries in the contract.

6. Experience Works Managers must put an end on attracting people who are not licensed interpreter. Employees, as John Jackson, not complying with these requirements, for the first time on the basis of the laws of the United States should get a warning and if repeated violations of the laws necessary to bring them to justice.

7. John Jackson and his manager Lloyd Williamson received finance from the U.S. Federal program under the pretext of looking for work for me. They are more than three months were not looking for a place to work. Because of the provocative work duration of 1.5 hours of July 28, 2010, they were able to justify. But they are, first, during the discussion of providing work for me as an interpreter invited person, not a licensed interpreter, and secondly, I was no contract or a list of my responsibilities at work are not given, and, third, and did not give the document that to me for over 55 years and director of the store to what weight can tell when lifting weight.

8. Leaders IRC August 18, 2010 under the pretext of "Because of the return to work and income," a written statement of ending the economic, financial aid. 10. Some people like John Jackson, accuse me of not knowing English. Incidentally, I am with him and other officials in our conversations were mostly without an interpreter. I am from June 1, 2010 in English Language Center (English Language Center) study at the fifth level of the group (a total of 7 levels). Additionally studied English at the College of Western Idaho (College of Western Idaho) in the 4-level (at the College a total of 6 levels). Some refugees are not fluent in English, that is, they know less than me. But they are in Boise working in such places, where they do not require washing floors or cleaning toilets. So I think: theirs accusations about my lack of English language is not correct.

I am a journalist and human rights activist wrote a great article in the Uzbek language, entitled Қ 1,5 " (Provocation in the U.S. related work 1.5 hours) and published on the website www.yangidunyo.com September 10, 2010 (it consists of 15 sections, see http://yangidunyo.com/?p=14737#more-14737 ).

I'm at the end of a 13-paragraph article written: "Experience Works staff from the Department of State Texas assisted in finding work 101 years (!) senior citizen Jack Borden. This page is a calendar called "America's Outstanding Oldest Worker".

I hope that the leadership of Experience Works to arrange inspection of the offices in Boise and provide an assessment written above outrageous.

9. : On 5/19/2011, I was given some paperwork that needed to fill out, he was to sign and give it back to me when done. He refused to sign and said that he didnt understand, so I called John Jackson from Experience Works Program, he said that he would help Shuhratjon, understand, so he came in and talked to him. Shuhratjon got very angry and was speaking very loudly and refused to sign again. John allowed him to take the paperwork home and bring back later

I told him that he would not be able to continue his work here, until he filled it out. He got upset and said he didnt understand. Shuhratjon came back into my office and took the partial card and scratched out information and then told me I couldnt have any information.

John said that I had a choice, Shuhratjons position was an at will position and as a St. Vincents representative, I had every right to terminate Shuhratjon and that they appreciated my patience

Only after this John Jackson agreed, and within 15 minutes on the computer rewrote an individual plan. He then asked questions listed in the questionnaire - a questionnaire part of the plan. I answered and gave objective evaluation (criteria) of mine knowledge on each issue.

He finished execution and was printed. I signed a new individual plan. He was draw up in the direction of my working specialty. I asked him to give me a copy. The list of questions was greater, and so added another page (see Appendix 4, please note: written down the date 5/17/2011). He gave me a copy of this 4-page document. The fifth page, under which I signed, he promised to send a fax later - after the signing of Mardi Kline.

After May 17, 2011 John Jackson on the basis of this the individualized plan did not not one give a lesson. John Jackson and Mardi Kline was conspiracy, and me was dismiss with work July 12, 2011. I am 1.5 months left unemployed.

August 26, 2011 by John Jackson AgroFarm came and me asked to sign some papers. One of them was about payment (August 26 was the Pay Period Ends). I signed it.

John Jackson gave another sheet and asked to sign. I thought: this page of the document needed for registration (formalization) me at work in AgroFarm. Therefore I signed. I asked give me a copy of these documents for read at home. He gave me an 8-page document. When I got home I read it. This was another individual plan - now for the conditions AgroFarm Create Common Good (see Appendix 6).

At the 9 questions this individual plan John Jackson on my behalf in advance wrote answer "None".

It is appropriate say: in our parent's home was a large vegetable garden. I worked from early childhood in the vegetable garden. My mother worked in a school teacher of biology and geography. She good knew and taught us to crop production. My father worked as a mathematics teacher at the school. He good knew the crop production and us - children taught the planting, care and cultivation crop and fruit trees. So I distinguish good plant from of weeds, and I know care for plants.

From 1975 to 1991 I read hundreds of books and thousands of articles on both crops and farm machinery. I from 1984 to 1991 wrote a 1000-page work (consisting of 4 parts) on both crops on the example of cotton-plant and innovative - fundamentally new farm machinery.

I well know and sell crops. Since 1994 and 1997 I brought the fruit and vegetables from Uzbekistan to Russia and sell there.

In early September 2011 Tyler Smith (Director of Farm Sales, Food Culture, and Outreach) asked: whence I well know crops? Briefly replied: I with his childhood was working in a large vegetable garden parent's, and to this me taught a father and mother.

So, I have a lot of experience and knowledge in the field of crop-plant. And John Jackson, without asking me, on all 9 simple questions from my name he has written the negative answer "None" in my individual plan. He to me hasn't told about the maintenance of the document and has received my signature. This is very not good!

Here so John Jackson achieved his black plan. All this happened after a a hidden conspiracy Mardi Kline and John Jackson July 11, 2011, and then unlawfully dismissal me with work July 12, 2011.

Thus, Mardi Kline in paragraph 9 of his letter does not write the truth, and specially distorts the events surrounding the individual plan.

10. Mardi wrote: A couple of days later, I had Shuhratjon fill out an Emergency Card, to be left on site, just in case of an emergency. He would not give me a straight answer and refused to fill it out. I told him that he would not be able to continue his work here, until he filled it out. He got upset and said he didnt understand. I then brought in the translator and had him explain it, and Shuhratjon said that he understood. I received a partially filled out card. Shuhratjon came back into my office and took the partial card and scratched out information and then told me I couldnt have any information.

As for the filling of the Emergency Card. I do not exactly remember: I think it was in May 2011. At the request of Mardi Kline: on the Emergency ard I'm to write information about yourself; then information about my friend - Jahongir Mamatov and telephone number.

I have no relatives in the U.S. and I live alone. In the U.S., I have one friend - Jahongir Mamatov (Uzbek, born 1955). He lives in a town near Washington since 1998. He is a former deputy (member) of parliament of Uzbekistan 1989-1992 years, a journalist and refugee, the author about of 40 books, its a website www.jahonnoma.com

Then I thought: my Emergency Card will be to lie in box in room (the office) of Mardi Kline. Her room is not lockable and always open. Therefore, any employee of the store, even a casual passer-buyer and the attacker can read Card and rewrite telephone number my friend. I am member of the opposition, human rights activist, freelance journalist and a refugee. An attacker could call and say Jahongir Mamatov a lot of trouble. Thereby spoil our friendly relations.

I tried to explain to Mardi Kline this situation. She not want understands. And she demanded that I left the phone number Jahongir Mamatov in the Emergency Card. She went and called Dusko. Dusko began to explain to me in broken English about the need to fill the Card. Now I began to explain and Mardi, and Dusko.

Then I took two pieces of paper and each of them wrote "Jahongir Mamatov" and his phone number. I gave this paper the Mardi and Dusko. I said: "If with me something happens, let the store employee to call in your telephon. And then you would to call my friend Jahongir Mamatov". I so explain, and then in Emergency Card a record Jahongir Mamatov and his phone number sctratched out.

So Mardi Kline writes about an Emergency Card half-truth: only that part in which I on a Emergency Card crossed out the name Jahongir Mamatov and his phone number. But she does not write about what I wrote on paper name Jahongir Mamatov, his phone number and even the name of his website - www.jahonnoma.com and gave Mardi and Dusko.

A half-truth - it's worse than a lie!

11. Next Mardi Kline writes:

Days passed and other safety and policy concerns were occurring; as they would occur, I would approach Shuhratjon and let him know what we needed to happen. I was feeling at that time, he was becoming demanding, and unwilling to listen, it was getting harder and harder to satisfy his needs.

On 7/11/2011, I called John Jackson, at Experience Works; I let him know that things with Shuhratjon were escalating. He had not been compliant with following safety measures, he had a poor attitude when asked to do other job duties and has been confrontational with myself and other staff members. I feel I have given Shuhratjon plenty of time to adjust and to apply his skills to the work we have given him. He has not succeeded in this plan. I then sent a letter to John Jackson, putting everything in writing. John said that I had a choice, Shuhratjon's position was an "at will" position and as a St. Vincent's representative, I had every right to terminate Shuhratjon and that they appreciated my patience

Concerning confrontation with other employees: she didn't speak about it to me. She is not never gave to me a written complaint the employees, that is a written complaint against me wasn't. About it even conversation wasn't. Perhaps, at the direction of some she secretly accumulates a complaint against me. But about it to me Mardi Kline didn't speak and didn't give in writing.

Here pertinently to remind the following. I live in Boyes since January, 21st, 2010. During 2010, noticed: some people are spreading false information about me, unpleasant talk and rumors. This information often happen half truth and half lie. And it's worse than a lie. Therefore I have decided to address in writing to some citizens with who to me had to communicate on work and place of study: it to facilitate our mutual understanding and mutual relation.

I in January, 2011 have written the 8-page Reference and have translated into English the extent of its capabilities. Copies in English and Russian language I gave 7 employees, including Mardi Kline (this Reference in English and Russian language is attached as Appendix 7, in the given format the Reference has made 10 pages).

At the end of the Reference in particular, I wrote:

I live in the USA only one year and I continue to study Great English language. But in the meantime oral English speech I badly understand. Therefore I ask you questions please write in written form. And I will answer in written form (look the Appendix 7, page 8).

But not Mardi Kline, not others to me in writing didn't address.

Please note: Mardi Kline in writing addresses to to John Jackson, and hiddenly from me. But she about it doesn't write to me and hides from me. That is, is a hidden conspiracy between Mardi Kline and John Jackson.

Who benefits - will write about it at the end of my letter.

Mardi Kline writes that the July 11, 2011 she called to John Jackson, then wrote him a letter.

These words Mardi Kline testifies: she and John Jackson, July 11, 2011 secretly conspired against me and I this is not suspected (not surmise).

Here pertinently short to tell about my acquaintance with John Jackson.

John Jackson (born 1953) on April, 5th, 2010 has come in IRC. He presented himself to me as Gerry Autry. I asked him to give me a calling card. He gave me a calling card (copy attached as Appendix 8).

John Jackson and in 2011 sent me documents and letters with the signature of Gerry Autry. For example, I attached a copy of letter John Jackson of May 26, 2011 (look Appendix 9). Therefore I August 17, 2011 in a written complaint of the Idaho Human Rights Commission wrote of him as Gerry Autry.

From the letter Mardi Kline signed on September, 6th, 2011 and sent in the middle of September in the Idaho Human Rights Commission is found out: he is actually John Jackson. Again a deceit and lie - now from John Jackson.

In July, 2010 provocation against me has been organized. One of the active participants of this provocation was John Jackson (at the time he called himself Gerry Autry). I October 13-21, 2010 have written a complaint with the leadership of Experience Works. In this the complaint on the basis of facts well disclosed by the essence of John Jackson.

The text this of the complaint in English and Russian I cited as Appendix 10.

On August 4, 2010 at office EW Boise I talked with John Jackson. The text of this conversation has made 4 pages. These 4 pages of text have been appended to the complaint in October 2010. Today - on November 25, 2011 these 4 sheets I apply as the Appendix 11.

On the basis of this complaint, November 2, 2010 from the State of California there has arrived Stephane Cabral - director Experience Works of states of Idaho and California (Stephane Cabral, State Director CA/ID. 1443 Main Street, Ste. 102, Napa, CA 94559. Phon office: 707-927-1542; Fax: 707-266-1555. stephane_cabral@experienceworks.org www.experienceworks.org).

Has taken place 45-minute discussion between me, Stephane abral and Lloyd Villamson - the head of branch in Boise Experience Works. Conversation translated Yuri Malakhov (born in 1968, tel. 208-283-2619, he and his family in December 2010 moved to Washington State).

The characteristic moment: in the end of conversation of Stephane Cabral asked me - whether I want to continue to work together with employees Experience Works? She apparently had in mind John Jackson. At me the personal anger to John Jackson was not. Therefore I have answered: is ready to continue cooperation and let to offer normal work, only without cleaning of a toilet and washing of floors.

Thanks to the help and the Stephen Cabral commands in further John Jackson in November, 2010 has agreed about reception me for work in organization Thrift Stores. Here such great difficulty I managed to get a job November 23, 2010.

Probably: John Jackson harbored a grudge against me, and in July 2011 took place a hidden conspiracy with Mardi Kline - aided by of power structures, more precisely special service (I'll write about it briefly at the end).

12. Further Mardi Kline writes: 7/12/2011, Shuhratjon came into Society of St. Vincent de Paul; I then informed him that John Jackson, at Experience Works wanted to speak to him immediately, and he was to go to the EW office. He didnt understand what I was saying; after a few minutes of communication, he left. Later that morning, I received a call from John Jackson (EW), letting me know that he spent an hour and a half talking with Shuhratjon, letting him know that he will no longer have a training position with St. Vincent de Paul. He also stated that Shuhratjon might be on his way back to St. Vincents to talk to me. At this point, I am feeling very uncomfortable, not knowing if he was coming back or not, and what I was going to say to him.

I in the morning on July 12 (Tuesday), 2011 have come for work. Chief Mardi Kline has invited me in the office (Mardi Kline, Community Relations, mksvdp@yahoo.com Address: 6464 W. State St. Boise, Idaho 83714; Phone: (208) 853-4921 Option 0 or 4; Fax: (208) 853-4935; www.svdpid.org ). She has told that I should go to office Experience Works and talk with John.

I said: "Well, I'll go after work." She said: "No. You have to go now". It was necessary to go to office Experience Works.

Here Mardi Kline again writes lie: He didnt understand what I was saying; after a few minutes of communication, he left.

If I her had not realized then I would not know where to go. I thought: with John Jackson can talk after work. But I did not knew, that she conspired with John Jackson the day before - July 11, 2011. Therefore she insisted an urgent trip. And I rode my bike to the other end of Boise - in office Experience Works.

Having arrived to office EW I has greeted with John Jackson and has told: Me has directed Mardi Kline on conversation with you.

John Jackson orally to speak me. I so have understood its words: They have told that with you don't want to work. You should leave work.

In order to precisely to understand words John Jackson, I have asked to write on the computer and to translate by means of the program www.translate.google.com. He on the computer has opened two pages. On the first page he wrote words in English on the Latin alphabet. Then translated from English into Russian by means of the program www.translate.google.com (look the Appendix 12, sheet 1). Then he this copied the translation on the second page.

On the second page I was read his words in the translation. Then I wrote the answer on the second page of in Russian in the Cyrillic alphabet and www.tarnslate.google.com translated from Russian into English (look the Appendix 12, page 2). Then I copied this translation on the first page. John Jackson having read my answer in translation into English wrote their offers in English. Therefore our discussion was printed on two sheets.

John Jackson: We can talk here, now. But I will not copy everything. No. If you must argue with everything you will have to go away.

I have asked a sheet of paper. John Jackson gave me a sheet of yellow paper. I on it have started to rewrite our discussion (look Appendix 12, page 3). I'm at the end of our discussion continued rewrite with a computer. I rewrote almost all our conversation. John Jackson has understood: its refusal printing of the text of discussion is useless. Therefore it has printed the computer text and to me has given. I put them as Appendix 12, page 1 and 2.

I replied: "Who and what said? Let he write in writing."

John Jackson: Your work place does not want you any more. That is all.

I have answered: It is slander. I ask written proofs.

John Jackson: They gave you rules and directions. You did not obey. You must go. They gave you directions and you refused. They will not work with you any more. Do you understand what I have said?

I replied: "They meant nothing to me. I must go and talk about it."

John Jackson: Your last statement did not translate well. I do not understand.

I: I yet don't understand: who and of what me accuses? I should go for work and to ask.

John Jackson: You were told rules, directions, orders. You argued. You disputed. You complained. They did not like that. It is their store. They do not have to keep you. They do not want to keep you. They have no more to say.

I: To me about it didn't speak. Therefore I should go for work and to ask.

John Jackson: They are finished, done, over. They will not talk to you. They do not want to talk to you. It is over, finished. No more talk. Do not go back to work.

I have once again told: I have nothing to talk. So I should go for work and ask. Have understood? (Got it?)
