First, even a simple registration time coming to work and leaving work, we had a different order. Permanent employees were registered with a personal card with a special insertion in automatic recorder. And we - temporary worker recorded on separate slips of old-fashioned way - through personal writing with a ballpoint pen time of arrival, departure and signature.
Second, in the case of dismissal American working constantly has the right to receive any monetary compensation by the programs of unemployment. And we - the refugees are forced to work as temporary, and in case of dismissal does not have any rights to receive some minimum compensation program of unemployment. On this subject I in the middle of August 2011 spoke with an employee of Idaho Department of Labor. She replied, we - the refugees, including myself, have no right to receive any unemployment compensation.
The result: I with July 12, 2011 by August 24, 2011 was unemployed and did not receive any monetary compensation. I live in a rented two-bedroom apartment with a monthly payment for the lease of $ 525. As a result of unlawful dismissal and lack of monetary compensation, I today - December 4, 2011, I have the debt to pay for an apartment in 1450 dollars.
Because of debts I have tried to minimize some of the costs. For example, the use of electricity. In this - in 2011 in the U.S. summer was very hot, and many states had record-breaking heat in U.S. history.

In my rented two-bedroom apartment there are 4 windows - two windows in two rooms and two windows in the sitting-room. On two windows in the working-sleeping room and one of windows of sitting-room. I have lowered curtains and from above on a wall a scotch tape gluing a black awning. Such cover of windows preserve from strong heating of a room. In the evening I opened the front door and window leaf two windows: tried to aeration. My apartment is located on the second floor of a two-story house. A house roof for a day strongly heated up. Therefore the entrance door leave opened till 24.00 o'clock, sometimes to 2:00-3:00 o'clock in the night.
Further hot summer day gave way to cool autumn night. Therefore the evening and at night sometimes had to include electrical heating. In the USA many apartments, including mine the apartment is warmed by means of the electric power.
To reduce electric power consumption and a payment for an electricity, I left two window closed to this day - December 17, 2011. (In the morning on December, 11th, 2011 at a window a working-sleeping room the awning has cleaned, and in course of the day ventilate a room. Thereby I have created the conditions for the entrance in room of sun rays. And in the evening again closed an awning.) I include heating only in mine the small working-sleeping room. That is in the second room and a drawing room I don't include electrical heating.
Despite mine the maximum economy, payment for the electric power in July amounted to 25.70 a dollar, and in November 2011 - 41.02 dollars.
Pertinently to tell the following: in October, 2011 the unknown employee without informing me into my account in the organization Idaho Power for payment to an electricity has listed 151 dollar. In February 2011, at this workplace was organized repair are bikes. In repair of bicycles took part some volunteers. They worked for 2-3 days and went away.
At the end of March 2011 Mardi Kline asked me to help in repairing bicycles. I'm almost 50 years make use of the bike. I repaired my bicycle in the 1960s, when was studing in school. In 1979-1983 I studied at the Moscow Higher Technical University and subsequently worked in the office over the leading designer (designe engineer). I in March 2010 in Boise bought the bike and ridden around the city. I from time to time repaired my the bike. So I knew the device and repair of bicycles and agreed to help her.

9. Mardi wrote: On 5/19/2011, I was given some paperwork that needed to fill out; he was to sign and give it back to me when done. He refused to sign and said that he didnt understand, so I called John Jackson from Experience Works Program, he said that he would help Shuhratjon, understand, so he came in and talked to him. Shuhratjon got very angry and was speaking very loudly and refused to sign again. John allowed him to take the paperwork home and bring back later.

John Jackson began to demand to sign a Job Ready Assessment and Individual Employment Plan. I said: "Firstly, the individual plan drawn up for Warehouse Worker. Second, answers at questions wrote at worst criteria, it is often the word "None". Third, I work to repair electrical devices, and therefore an individual plan should be drawn up for this activity. Fourth, at questions the questionnaire I have a different level of responses."
Of this document I cite one example. On the 1st page in section Related Skills for this Job, first question written as: Basic Interpersonal and Teamwork Skills. On these and on all other issues was written answer "None".
Those who made the questionnaire and answered "None" on all a simple everyday and labor issues, apparently us - Refugees believes: how-be we came out of the primeval forest, jungle or barren steppes or mountain villages, where civilization has not come.
My work activity began after graduating from university in 1975, the Scientific and Production Association "Cybernetics" of the Academy of Sciences of Uzbekistan. I later worked on a large machine-building factorys: here have worked up to 30 thousand people. I'm with many of them had a normal human and labor relations.
I worked as the second head of the Tashkent city organization: in 1989-1990 years in the People's Movement of Uzbekistan "Birlik" ("Unity") and in 1991-1993 the Democratic Party of Uzbekistan "Erk" ("Freedom").
With such a rich experience in leadership positions: the question of "Basic Interpersonal and Teamwork Skills" on my behalf wrote the answer "None".

He finished execution and was printed. I signed a new individual plan. He was draw up in the direction of my working specialty. I asked him to give me a copy. The list of questions was greater, and so added another page (see Appendix 4, please note: written down the date 5/17/2011). He gave me a copy of this 4-page document. The fifth page, under which I signed, he promised to send a fax later - after the signing of Mardi Kline.
John Jackson, May 26, 2011 by fax sent by the new 5-page individualized plan, which we May 17 was make up (see Appendix 5).

John Jackson gave another sheet and asked to sign. I thought: this page of the document needed for registration (formalization) me at work in AgroFarm. Therefore I signed. I asked give me a copy of these documents for read at home. He gave me an 8-page document. When I got home I read it. This was another individual plan - now for the conditions AgroFarm Create Common Good (see Appendix 6).
At the 9 questions this individual plan John Jackson on my behalf in advance wrote answer "None".
It is appropriate say: in our parent's home was a large vegetable garden. I worked from early childhood in the vegetable garden. My mother worked in a school teacher of biology and geography. She good knew and taught us to crop production. My father worked as a mathematics teacher at the school. He good knew the crop production and us - children taught the planting, care and cultivation crop and fruit trees. So I distinguish good plant from of weeds, and I know care for plants.
From 1975 to 1991 I read hundreds of books and thousands of articles on both crops and farm machinery. I from 1984 to 1991 wrote a 1000-page work (consisting of 4 parts) on both crops on the example of cotton-plant and innovative - fundamentally new farm machinery.
I well know and sell crops. Since 1994 and 1997 I brought the fruit and vegetables from Uzbekistan to Russia and sell there.
In early September 2011 Tyler Smith (Director of Farm Sales, Food Culture, and Outreach) asked: whence I well know crops? Briefly replied: I with his childhood was working in a large vegetable garden parent's, and to this me taught a father and mother.
So, I have a lot of experience and knowledge in the field of crop-plant. And John Jackson, without asking me, on all 9 simple questions from my name he has written the negative answer "None" in my individual plan. He to me hasn't told about the maintenance of the document and has received my signature. This is very not good!
Here so John Jackson achieved his black plan. All this happened after a a hidden conspiracy Mardi Kline and John Jackson July 11, 2011, and then unlawfully dismissal me with work July 12, 2011.
Thus, Mardi Kline in paragraph 9 of his letter does not write the truth, and specially distorts the events surrounding the individual plan.
10. Mardi wrote: A couple of days later, I had Shuhratjon fill out an Emergency Card, to be left on site, just in case of an emergency. He would not give me a straight answer and refused to fill it out. I told him that he would not be able to continue his work here, until he filled it out. He got upset and said he didnt understand. I then brought in the translator and had him explain it, and Shuhratjon said that he understood. I received a partially filled out card. Shuhratjon came back into my office and took the partial card and scratched out information and then told me I couldnt have any information.
As for the filling of the Emergency Card. I do not exactly remember: I think it was in May 2011. At the request of Mardi Kline: on the Emergency ard I'm to write information about yourself; then information about my friend - Jahongir Mamatov and telephone number.
I have no relatives in the U.S. and I live alone. In the U.S., I have one friend - Jahongir Mamatov (Uzbek, born 1955). He lives in a town near Washington since 1998. He is a former deputy (member) of parliament of Uzbekistan 1989-1992 years, a journalist and refugee, the author about of 40 books, its a website

Then I thought: my Emergency Card will be to lie in box in room (the office) of Mardi Kline. Her room is not lockable and always open. Therefore, any employee of the store, even a casual passer-buyer and the attacker can read Card and rewrite telephone number my friend. I am member of the opposition, human rights activist, freelance journalist and a refugee. An attacker could call and say Jahongir Mamatov a lot of trouble. Thereby spoil our friendly relations.
I tried to explain to Mardi Kline this situation. She not want understands. And she demanded that I left the phone number Jahongir Mamatov in the Emergency Card. She went and called Dusko. Dusko began to explain to me in broken English about the need to fill the Card. Now I began to explain and Mardi, and Dusko.
Then I took two pieces of paper and each of them wrote "Jahongir Mamatov" and his phone number. I gave this paper the Mardi and Dusko. I said: "If with me something happens, let the store employee to call in your telephon. And then you would to call my friend Jahongir Mamatov". I so explain, and then in Emergency Card a record Jahongir Mamatov and his phone number sctratched out.
So Mardi Kline writes about an Emergency Card half-truth: only that part in which I on a Emergency Card crossed out the name Jahongir Mamatov and his phone number. But she does not write about what I wrote on paper name Jahongir Mamatov, his phone number and even the name of his website -

A half-truth - it's worse than a lie!
11. Next Mardi Kline writes:
Days passed and other safety and policy concerns were occurring; as they would occur, I would approach Shuhratjon and let him know what we needed to happen. I was feeling at that time, he was becoming demanding, and unwilling to listen, it was getting harder and harder to satisfy his needs.
On 7/11/2011, I called John Jackson, at Experience Works; I let him know that things with Shuhratjon were escalating. He had not been compliant with following safety measures, he had a poor attitude when asked to do other job duties and has been confrontational with myself and other staff members. I feel I have given Shuhratjon plenty of time to adjust and to apply his skills to the work we have given him. He has not succeeded in this plan. I then sent a letter to John Jackson, putting everything in writing. John said that I had a choice, Shuhratjon's position was an "at will" position and as a St. Vincent's representative, I had every right to terminate Shuhratjon and that they appreciated my patience
Concerning confrontation with other employees: she didn't speak about it to me. She is not never gave to me a written complaint the employees, that is a written complaint against me wasn't. About it even conversation wasn't. Perhaps, at the direction of some she secretly accumulates a complaint against me. But about it to me Mardi Kline didn't speak and didn't give in writing.
Here pertinently to remind the following. I live in Boyes since January, 21st, 2010. During 2010, noticed: some people are spreading false information about me, unpleasant talk and rumors. This information often happen half truth and half lie. And it's worse than a lie. Therefore I have decided to address in writing to some citizens with who to me had to communicate on work and place of study: it to facilitate our mutual understanding and mutual relation.
I in January, 2011 have written the 8-page Reference and have translated into English the extent of its capabilities. Copies in English and Russian language I gave 7 employees, including Mardi Kline (this Reference in English and Russian language is attached as Appendix 7, in the given format the Reference has made 10 pages).
At the end of the Reference in particular, I wrote:
I live in the USA only one year and I continue to study Great English language. But in the meantime oral English speech I badly understand. Therefore I ask you questions please write in written form. And I will answer in written form (look the Appendix 7, page 8).
But not Mardi Kline, not others to me in writing didn't address.
Please note: Mardi Kline in writing addresses to to John Jackson, and hiddenly from me. But she about it doesn't write to me and hides from me. That is, is a hidden conspiracy between Mardi Kline and John Jackson.

John Jackson and in 2011 sent me documents and letters with the signature of Gerry Autry. For example, I attached a copy of letter John Jackson of May 26, 2011 (look Appendix 9). Therefore I August 17, 2011 in a written complaint of the Idaho Human Rights Commission wrote of him as Gerry Autry.
From the letter Mardi Kline signed on September, 6th, 2011 and sent in the middle of September in the Idaho Human Rights Commission is found out: he is actually John Jackson. Again a deceit and lie - now from John Jackson.
In July, 2010 provocation against me has been organized. One of the active participants of this provocation was John Jackson (at the time he called himself Gerry Autry). I October 13-21, 2010 have written a complaint with the leadership of Experience Works. In this the complaint on the basis of facts well disclosed by the essence of John Jackson.
The text this of the complaint in English and Russian I cited as Appendix 10.
On August 4, 2010 at office EW Boise I talked with John Jackson. The text of this conversation has made 4 pages. These 4 pages of text have been appended to the complaint in October 2010. Today - on November 25, 2011 these 4 sheets I apply as the Appendix 11.

Has taken place 45-minute discussion between me, Stephane abral and Lloyd Villamson - the head of branch in Boise Experience Works. Conversation translated Yuri Malakhov (born in 1968, tel. 208-283-2619, he and his family in December 2010 moved to Washington State).
The characteristic moment: in the end of conversation of Stephane Cabral asked me - whether I want to continue to work together with employees Experience Works? She apparently had in mind John Jackson. At me the personal anger to John Jackson was not. Therefore I have answered: is ready to continue cooperation and let to offer normal work, only without cleaning of a toilet and washing of floors.
Thanks to the help and the Stephen Cabral commands in further John Jackson in November, 2010 has agreed about reception me for work in organization Thrift Stores. Here such great difficulty I managed to get a job November 23, 2010.
Probably: John Jackson harbored a grudge against me, and in July 2011 took place a hidden conspiracy with Mardi Kline - aided by of power structures, more precisely special service (I'll write about it briefly at the end).

Further Mardi Kline writes: 7/12/2011, Shuhratjon came into Society of St. Vincent de Paul; I then informed him that John Jackson, at Experience Works wanted to speak to him immediately, and he was to go to the EW office. He didnt understand what I was saying; after a few minutes of communication, he left. Later that morning, I received a call from John Jackson (EW), letting me know that he spent an hour and a half talking with Shuhratjon, letting him know that he will no longer have a training position with St. Vincent de Paul. He also stated that Shuhratjon might be on his way back to St. Vincents to talk to me. At this point, I am feeling very uncomfortable, not knowing if he was coming back or not, and what I was going to say to him.

Here Mardi Kline again writes lie: He didnt understand what I was saying; after a few minutes of communication, he left.
If I her had not realized then I would not know where to go. I thought: with John Jackson can talk after work. But I did not knew, that she conspired with John Jackson the day before - July 11, 2011. Therefore she insisted an urgent trip. And I rode my bike to the other end of Boise - in office Experience Works.
Having arrived to office EW I has greeted with John Jackson and has told: Me has directed Mardi Kline on conversation with you.
John Jackson orally to speak me. I so have understood its words: They have told that with you don't want to work. You should leave work.
In order to precisely to understand words John Jackson, I have asked to write on the computer and to translate by means of the program

On the second page I was read his words in the translation. Then I wrote the answer on the second page of in Russian in the Cyrillic alphabet and
www.tarnslate.google.com translated from Russian into English (look the Appendix 12, page 2). Then I copied this translation on the first page. John Jackson having read my answer in translation into English wrote their offers in English. Therefore our discussion was printed on two sheets.
John Jackson: We can talk here, now. But I will not copy everything. No. If you must argue with everything you will have to go away.
I have asked a sheet of paper. John Jackson gave me a sheet of yellow paper. I on it have started to rewrite our discussion (look Appendix 12, page 3). I'm at the end of our discussion continued rewrite with a computer. I rewrote almost all our conversation. John Jackson has understood: its refusal printing of the text of discussion is useless. Therefore it has printed the computer text and to me has given. I put them as Appendix 12, page 1 and 2.
