В испанский ,как и в другие языки,  надо проникнуть ..Сейчас я все время думаю , как составить Словарь  Полиглот 80 .Инсульт , который был у меня в 2003 году , повлиял на работу моего мозга , и много от того , что я знал , пропало для меня. Я обозначил в русском тексте глаголы. Теперь мне надо попросить Гугль перевести их на испанский , английский, и другие  языки ...Глаголы должны быть в инфинитиве , по буквам алфавита ...Основой должны быть русские слова. Без составления такого словаря нет основы для дальнейшего продвижения.

There are plenty of language learning myths, especially about people who speak multiple languages (also known as polyglots).

You're probably familiar with the romanticised image of the polyglot. It goes something like this:

A polyglot is a carefree genius with a perfect memory who, without any social obligations or financial limitations, travels the world with a backpack and an endless supply of airline tickets, effortlessly making friends while he sits in a cafe in Rome (or in a noodle shop in Hong Kong, or on the beaches of Brazil) with nary a care in the world and only endless adventures on the horizon.

After attending the recent polyglot conference in Berlin, I can tell you that I didn’t meet a single person who comes close to that description (although I’m sure many of us wouldn’t mind it).

It’s true that some polyglots have a few small things in common with the romanticised image of a polyglot. Unfortunately, these qualities end up becoming exaggerated and congeal into a single archetype. It’s as if the most interesting aspects of all polyglots were merged together, given a magic serum, and a mythical polyglot came out the other end.

The mythical, romanticized ideal of the polyglot is incredibly unhelpful to language learners. You can end up feeling that you’ll never reach the ideal, so why bother trying?

Today, I’m going to run through six of the most common myths about polyglots. I’ll explain why they exist, then reveal the real, messy, behind-the-scenes truth about what it means to be a polyglot.

At M.I.T.’s Media Lab, the digital futurist playground, David Rose is investigating swaddling, bedtime stories and hammocks, as well as lavender oil and cocoons. Mr. Rose, a researcher, an inventor-entrepreneur and the author of “Enchanted Objects: Design, Human Desire and the Internet of Things,” and his colleagues have been road-testing weighted blankets to induce a swaddling sensation and listening to recordings of Icelandic fairy tales — all research into an ideal sleep environment that may culminate in a nap pod, or, as he said, “some new furniture form.”

“For me, it’s a swinging bed on a screened porch in northwestern Wisconsin,” he said. “You can hear the loons and the wind through the fir trees, and there’s the weight of 10 blankets on top of me because it’s a cold night. We’re trying a bunch of interventions.”

Older People Need to Sleep as Much as Those Who are Younger


It is often assumed that as we age, we need less sleep than the young. However, this is not the case. In fact,studies show that middle-aged people sleep less due to damage to the brain. Furthermore, many experts believe that people cannot get away with less sleep as they age. So, what led to the conclusion that older people need less sleep? One likely cause could be that people need less sleep because they are less likely to appear exhausted after missing out on it. They are seen to have less of a drop in their ability to carry out normal tasks than the young. 

 

 

A review conducted by US scientists have shown that older people may have simply just adjusted to a life without proper rest. Yet while they may become accustomed to this lifestyle, evidence shows that older people are likely to have the same drive to sleep though their brain is less sensitive to it. This has both a mental and physical price, as a lack of sleep increases the risk of dementia and other illnesses. 

Study author Professor Matthew Walker, of the University of California, Berkeley, said that sleep loss was not due to a busy schedule nor needing less sleep. Rather, as the brain ages, the neurons and circuits in that areas that regulate sleep slowly degrade, resulting in a decreased amount of non-REM sleep.

Adding to this, Professor Walker, wrote in the journal, Neuron that "sleep changes with aging, but it doesn't just change with aging, it can also start to explain ageing itself. There is a debate in the literature as to whether older adults need less sleep, or rather, older adults cannot generate the sleep that they nevertheless need."

А я служил после этого в 36 радиотехнической школе в Севастополе ..
Должны были попасть в Албанию , но попали в "Москву 300"(Кировская область) ,
 а потом
 в Свердловской дивизии. 
А там на ногу накатилась гаубица 7000 кг , полный перелом всех костей правой 
ноги ..Госпиталь в Сведловске. Отпуск на месяц ..9 апреля 1961 года мы
 расписались в загсе
города Черновцы.1 мая 1961 года была свадьба ..А 2 Мая 1961 года я поехал 
служить в Советскую Армию ..И это после перелома всех костей правой ноги..
В начале 1962 года после Чебаркурских лагерей  вернулся младшим лейтенантом,
а потом  капитан Лазарев( все время призывал меня на сборы ..
Итак я стал капитаном в Советской армии, командиром мотострелковой роты.
27 января 1962 году у меня родился сын ...

When it comes to food that improves your sight, everyone says that carrots are king. Unfortunately, this is a bit of a myth, since carrots are really only good for staving off age-related eye deterioration. Behind the carrot myth, though, there’s a really important truth to grasp: that carrots contain vitamin A, one of several nutrients considered essential for your eye health.

To help prevent things like glaucoma, cataracts, or AMD (age related macular degeneration), and to keep your vision sharp, Andrea Thau, OD, President of the American Optometric Association (AOA), recommends aDIET rich in 5 types of vision-boosting nutrients.
 

Here are the 5 nutrients considered essential for your eye health, and the foods that contain them.
 

Note: A heart-healthy diet containing fish twice a week and 5 daily fruit and veg servings is considered sufficient, though Thau warns that because everyone is different, it’s advisable to discuss your eye-related diet with your doctor. If, for example, you are prone to certain nutrient deficiencies, you may need supplements.
