Greetings to my regular and new readers! This article presents the elementary rules of behavior in the basin, which, unfortunately, not all comply with.
The pool is a public place where it is necessary to observe etiquette. There are not so many, but some "waterfowl" ignore them, interfering with others.
Three times a week I go swimming and getting health. What I do not like:
When some lady was richly perfumed with perfume, she did not take a shower and was in the pool.
Floating ladies, or rather, aunts, in "night coats" with a thick layer of cosmetic "plaster" on their faces. Such people do not wash their bright make-up in the shower, the remnants of which quickly dissolve in the water. Smells over the smooth water only increase and they can not escape.Unwashed cosmetics and perfumesin contact with bleach can cause allergies.
Ladies, who before swimming "rinsed" in swimsuits, although everywhere posted ads that you need to bathe without a swimsuit.
Girlfriends who suddenly stop in the middle of the swimming path and chat. You can talk to the side or in the locker room.
People who swim across the tracks or on the left side, than provoke the clashes of floating people.
Rules of behavior in the pool must be observed!
If the theaterstarts with a hanger, then the pool - with the locker room. It is forbidden to enter the locker room in street shoes.
Before the start of the voyage, you must take a shower without a swimsuit, using a sponge and soap
In the shower
The most important rule is a shower before swimming. It is very important! When we wash ourselves, harmful bacteria, particles of skin, sweat are washed off from the body. If you do not rent a swimsuit - all this will go to the pool!Ladies need to wash off cosmetics. Do not forget to remove the band-aid if it is.
In the shower it is forbidden to: shave, cut hair, nails and scrape the heels
It is forbidden: to use cosmetics on mud and oil basis
It is forbidden to remove unwanted hair (shaving). It's vulgar and unhygienic.Leave the shaver at home.
Do not confuse shower with toilet! The smell of urine does not suit everyone. Do I need to remind you of this?
Perfume
Never use a perfume before visiting the pool . Aromatic substances easily dissolve in water. This irritates visitors and instructors.
Cap
Without a cap for swimming you will be asked to leave the pool. Open hair floating can get into the mouth of other "waterfowl" and clog water filters. By the way, a swimming cap can be bought on site, this is provided by the staff.
In the pool
Do not go barefoot - so you risk slipping and catching a fungal leg disease .
Clog the pool stick-plaster from the body, chewing gum
If the pool is divided into tracks, then you need to know which path you can take. The most extreme (side) tracks for beginners or those who prefer a measured sailing. In the middle - for people with experience and professionals who swim dynamically.
The rules of conduct provide for safe movement of swimmers:
You need to swim by holding on to the right side of the track and turning only against the clockwise direction. Otherwise - the collision is inevitable!
If you are tired, swim to the end of the path and rest.
Do not jump into the water from the sides, creating splashes and do not swim for distillation.
To release the oral cavity and nose from the ingested water should use drain grooves.
It is forbidden to swim in alcoholic intoxication : only you will have fun, the rest will be forced to enjoy the "exhaust".
Not recommended before going to the pool is the onion or garlic.
Do not use the pool as a toilet! In European countries, special reagents are added to the water, coloring the water if urine (ammonia) appeared in it. A person could not restrain - the water around him will turn to lilac or red.The intruder will have to leave the pool with a loud shame.
Friends, if each of us will comply with these simple rules of behavior in the pool, we will be comfortable to swim in clean water with a good mood.
