French silver-gilt manicure set in its original leather case from retailers Alfred Clark of Bond Street, London. Decorated in a fine rococo pattern, the set bears the importers marks of Gulienetti & Co., London, 1890.

Two covered circular boxes, a toothbrush, nail buff, two button hooks, nail file, corn pare, four pairs of scissors, toenail cutter and a pair of tweezers complete the set. The original green Morocco leather case with green velvet lining bears the handwriting facsimilie 'Xmas 1891.'
