Step 3: Image revision
The comprehensive analysis is the first step toward success photo restoration So before you start to restore, be sure what is wrong with the photo and how final image should looks like .
Although the image is badly damaged all facial features are still clearly recognizable

To keep the image from looking too plastic, you’ll need to add more texture to the skin. Now we are ready to use History Brush Select the Channel Mixer state as the current state to work on, and gaussian blur set the source for the History |

Use the History Brush tool to paint with the selected state avoiding the edges of the face and face detail areas, like the eyes, lips, hair, nostrils, eyebrows. | ||||||||

To restore eyes we will use the same methods however, unlike the shape' fixing we first restore eye' edges Layer like we did a moment
Choose small brush size , set the Blending mode: Normal , the tool's strength 70% Next we will fix eye' shape by using Stamp Clone , Burn tool and Dust & Scratches filter Step 2: Replacing details from another image

As you can see the eye' shape and edges are restored. This is probably the best result that can be obtained using photoshop' tools but the quality is still unacceptable To improve the image quality we will replace details from another image. In practical, there are many factors can affect the choice of images for replacement . However, when you restore the eye the main selection criteria are shooting angle and gaze direction Open source image , Select the Lasso tool in the tool box ,select the eye and smooth selection edge. Copy Layer (Ctrl +J) and drag it to original image. Reduce the layer's opacityand then:
