Effective leadership can be pointed to a set of qualities and skills which can inspire their teams to accomplish amazing things. Molding the team and getting them into work needs to groom on the Leadership development. Now cross functional team plays a vital role. The internal departments are expected to work cordially with each other to address the project goals and issues.
