استشهد فلسطينيان اثنان جرّاء إطلاق قوات الاحتلال الإسرائيلي
النار عليهما قرب معبر بيت حانون
(إيرز) شمال قطاع غزة.
Two Palestinians were martyred by Israeli occupation forces
launched fire on them near the crossing point of Beit Hanoun
(Erez) north of the Gaza Strip.
وحسب مصادر فلسطينية
فإنّ قوات الاحتلال أبلغت الطواقم الطبية بوجود شهيدين داخل المعبر،
وعلى إثر ذلك توجّهت طواقم الإسعاف
إلى المعبر لاستلامهما.
According to Palestinian sources,
the occupation forces reported the presence of medical teams behind inside the crossing,
and the impact that ambulance crews went
to the crossing of Astelamanma.
وحسب شهود عيان
فإن اشتباكات بالأسلحة الرشاشة اندلعت بالقرب من معبر بيت حانون
تبعه تقدم لعدد من الآليات العسكرية
الإسرائيلية في محيط المنطقة.
According to eyewitnesses,
the machine gun clashes erupted near the Beit Hanoun
crossing followed progress of a number of Israeli military
machinery in the vicinity of the region.
ويأتي ذلك في الوقت
الذي أعلن فيه جيش الاحتلال خفض وتيرة عملياته
في الضفة الغربية وقطاع غزة
خلال زيارة الرئيس الأمريكي،
جورج بوش، إلى المنطقة والتي ستبدأ الأربعاء.
This comes at a time
when the occupation army announced reduction
in the pace of operations in the West Bank and Gaza Strip
during the visit of the American President,
George Bush, to the region, which will begin Wednesday.
وقال مصدر عسكري إسرائيلي
إن أجهزة الأمن لا تعتزم تصعيد الوضع في فترة تواجد الرئيس الأمريكي في إسرائيل،
إلا أن الأنشطة لإحباط عمليات ستتواصل.
